ordered my bridal outfit from this shop, had so many problems. so the first issue was that when i went to pick up my outfit, i was made to book a fitting. however the worker was too busy doing a photoshoot with a model and i was left waiting around. eventually i just left because i didnt have the time or patience. my top did not have any lining so the material was scratching me really badly and they said they cannot fix it, but after a while of going back and forth they agreed to find a tailor to do it. i was not messaged when this was done and had to chase it up. after adding the lining, for my heavily embroidered top, there was no overlocking done so there were parts of material just sticking out, which is the last thing i would expect or want for a service that is deemed as “premium” especially when I was spending £700 on the outfit. the white cancun for volume on my skirt was also longer than the actual material, so it was sticking out under my outfit, ruining my look. i had to get my cousin to cut it with scissors at the venue! my top came out short (even though measurements were taken) so i had to lift my skirt up quite high. additionally, the dupatta that came with the outfit was super plain and i had to spend another £250, meaning as a total i essentially spent £1k. if i am spending this much, i expect a premium service where my needs and wants are listened to, especially as a bride on my big day

So just been to bridal junction today , to pick up a bridal lengha and was completely unhappy with the customer service and dishonesty coming from them.
Lies after lies were given to explain about the outfit not coming in good condition when ordered .All the beadings from the outfit were missing from the back and front. WE WERE HANDED A DISPLAY ONE AND JUSTIFIED IT CAME NEW despite the beadings missing.
When asked for the owner , the owner stood right infront of us claiming she's just an employee and did not deal with the matter in a professional manner but handed the situation to the other employees in the store to deal with who kept refusing to call the owner, deceiving us of our rights when she was available in the store.
They are thieving people who take your money and deliver you unfinished and ruined piece of clothing , which is so important to you for your wedding day.
They demand you to pay more than half of deposit on order and plus the remaining amount even though your not happy with the outfit.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU WANT YOUR WEDDING DAY TO BE SPECAIL, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THESE TWO STORES BRIDAL JUNCTION AND LUXE THREADS BECAUSE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR BIG DAY AND SCAM YOU WITH MONEY.

Fantastic wedding clothes with amazing quality and the best service provided from Usman. The fit was exactly as expected, and the fabric feels durable and well-made. Great attention to detail, and it looked even better in person. Very happy with the purchase!

Absolutely horrible experience – I will never be returning to this shop and would not recommend them to anyone.
We ordered a wedding outfit for the bride plus seven bridesmaid outfits. When the items arrived, all the tops were far too short and not as we had agreed. When we politely asked for replacements, the owner was extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. She refused to discuss the issue properly, stopped speaking to us and tried to get her staff to deal with us instead.

There was no apology, no willingness to put things right, just terrible customer service from start to finish. If you are planning something important like your wedding, save yourself the stress and go somewhere else that actually values its customers.

I would actually give it a 0 if it was possible. We read the reviews of this shop, but my future daughter in law ordered her bridal lengha from their sister store opposite and it came 4 weeks before the actually collection date. This is the reason we didn't take the reviews at face value. To be honest everything that has been said about this shop is true. Initially they are really helpful and friendly, double if not triple checking everything. However alarm bells should have rung when they told us they take full payment for outfits under £1000 and in cash. So we paid ordered an outfit which should arrive approximately(4 months to make) 3 weeks before the wedding. We checked 4 weeks before the delivery date to ensure we would get the outfit on time and was reassured it would be here by the date given. We turn up on the date and lo and behold, no outfit. We ask where it was and were told its in the warehouse. Come back in a couple of days. So we go back and again told its not here. I do make a fuss and we get to speak to the manager (who came in from the other store) tells us its actually still in Indian and will be here with 10 days. After I argued the point of how close it is to the wedding he told me I can either chose another outfit from the store or would refund the money if the outfit didn't come. But he was adamant it would arrive. When it finally arrived 4 days before the wedding it was tight and needed to be adjusted to fit. So was told come back Saturday 11am as soon as they open (day before the wedding). We go and no adjustments are been made and told to collect at 1pm. I again kick up a fuss so part of the outfit was taken to the tailors. When we tried the remaining part it is also tight. So now this was taken and we were told it'll take 30 minutes. We told them we'll be back. Came back an hour later and the outfit was finally adjusted. But I could hear them tell another customer that their outfits not here because its in a warehouse. Honestly I think they use that link on every delayed order. The female staff was so rude wanting us to be grateful for getting the outfit less 24hrs before the wedding. Saying it was ready half an hour ago, so we're were on time. Love the outfits 10 days late how is it on time. Plus tailoring was done when we came at 11am. But you have the nerve to complain you had that outfit ready 30 minutes before we came back. Other customers in the shop were trying to explain how crazy the staff member was sounding. Honestly avoid this crazy place.

My mens wedding suit was delivered as promised and within the stated time.

I’m very happy with the final fitting and quality.

The brother who served me was very helpful and responsive enough to calls and update requests for the outfit.

The price was a bit expensive but overall after getting the suit I would recommend the shop.

Though I would suggest to shop around in case you find something else within your taste off the rack, but if you choose this place, you can trust that they are able to deliver.

This company is dishonest, steals your money, refuses to acknowledge its lies and uses sacred months as inexcusable reasons to justify their (lies) of delayed deliveries - which is now over 21 days.

I will be proceeding to use all legal methods to hold them accountable. You just need to go onto Company House to see how conniving these people are. Now desperately trying to dissolve their company and any accountability. Do your own research and if you see the people of interest related to this company - do not be fooled by them! Don't even be in 100 metre distance from - they do not care about customer service whatsoever. They will happily take your money and leave you with nothing.

If I could rate it zero I would. Horrible shop, horrible people. From start to end the experience has been horrible, staff aren’t experienced. Sh** customer service and very unwelcoming. They catfish you with the dresses they have and they can’t do their job properly. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU ARE A BRIDE LOOKING FOR A STRESS FREE PROCESS. THIS PLACE WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE AND ALONG WITH IT AN UGLY DRESS. I cannot stress this enough but don’t shop here and I hope you look at this review before shopping here as many brides have experienced the same

I don’t know how this company gets bad reviews and why people have such bad experience when I went in for the first time the lady was very helpful I ordered my wedding dress from here got it custom made there was something in the store I like but I wanted it to look more glamorous for my wedding day and change the colour if the dupatta I ordered it 4 months in advance just incase so it would arrive well before my wedding day so I could match jewellery in total they took 2 months she updated me via whatsapp and she promised me a date and it arrived on the date she promised it also fit perfectly and the quality of the outfit also it was very good price exceptional customer service I will always buy my custom outfits from here

Avoid this shop very rude people are working .very bad experience

Avoid this shop at all costs. Aggressive behaviour , rude customer service. The lady with scarf was shouting and yelling so unprofessional. I won’t recommend this shop to my enemies.

Terrible experience

Rude customer service waited two hours for a refund the women needs to learn how to talk to people would not recommended this place stay away

As I walked in the store, I noticed a customer being troubled by a workers rude behaviour. I prefer to shop somewhere else and I highly recommend not to go there ever. I will be telling my friends and family about my terrible experience as well.

I wouldn't even recommend this place to the devil because he'd question himself. I'll keep it brief, even though we spent nearly two hours in this dreadful shop of a toilet. They tried to sell us a faulty lehenga. My sister pointed it out and asked for a refund since we paid in cash just a few minutes ago. A male staff member refused to give a refund and tried to force us to buy another lehenga. Then the woman in hijab, who was aggressive and unpleasant, appeared. I’ve never seen a woman so hostile towards me and my family, we also had two young children with us. We had to remove the children from the shop because of her barbaric behaviour. The kids started crying, but the staff ignored them. Later, a man came and demanded an apology from me; the woman also demanded one, simply because we were frustrated after being polite for over forty minutes. The man claimed he was a billionaire but still tried to steal. Luckily, we are a calm and collected family. He probably thought he could bully us, but you’ll find out otherwise. Never shop there! Don't ruin your best day of your life.
