Great service, very friendly!

I purchased some paint from the Poole store and while there mentioned to the assistant that I had purchased some other Dulux paint and that the colour wasn’t to my liking so could they darken it. The assistant mentioned that his colleague Phil would probably be able to do it but only worked certain days. I therefore returned with the paint a couple of weeks later to see what they could do. Phil was on duty and I have to say he was so helpful and I could feel the passion and pride that he has for what he does. I left the store with my expectations having been more than exceeded and absolutely delighted. 😀

I was greeted by Ollie as soon as I walked in saying he hoped he could help me. When I explained my query, he was straight on it with real enthusiasm. Then Luke the Manager joined in and they just couldn’t do enough. Not only did they sort what I was there for, Luke has already given me great ideas for upcoming projects. Rarely do I leave a shop with a smile on my face all due to the service I received from those two gentlemen. My first of many trips to Brewer. Thank you Luke and Ollie

Email said my order would be delivered on the 10th September I wrote in the extra information box "contact me" by text or email before delivery. Story has it they "tried" to deliver on the 9th with no warning also on the phone the staff member said"can deliver on the 11th!?". We weren't in on the 9th because they didn't announce a early delivery. I phoned on the 10th after midday wondering were my order was. I had people waiting to use the order!?
So I had to rush out and buy similar.

I ordered the paint on a Sunday via click and collect. Went to collect it the next day and it was ready. Very pleased with service.

I visited twice and both times the staff were helpful & knowledgeable.

Visited Poole branch today. Ollie and Branch manager couldn’t have been more helpful. I needed a warm cream paint and showed a sample of what I wanted but couldn’t see it in the Albany range. Ollie immediately spotted my sample had a red tinge to it. He narrowed it down to two suitable colours in the Albany range for me to choose. I was so impressed by his ability to match colours I went along to Dunelm to collect my curtains, returned to the store to find a border to tie the colours together. When I returned to the store the manager offered me a drink while I sat by the computer to look at borders. I asked if Ollie could come across when I had made a short list, to give me his eye for colour and the manager said that would be fine. Ollie again came to my rescue. I showed him the 1st choice I’d come up with, thank goodness! Because he said if you go for that border you haven’t got all those colours in the curtains or the paint we mixed for you earlier. I hadn’t thought of that. The next choice I showed him he mentioned that the green in the border picked up the green in the curtains. I hadn’t spotted the green shade in the curtains. I didn’t bother showing Ollie my third choice because I realised my 2nd choice really was the best. What an asset Ollie is to the Brewers company. I had no idea choosing paint and borders could be such fun. The branch manager and Ollie reduced the stress of decision making by being approachable, friendly and their honest helpful advise. No wonder I keep returning to Brewers Poole depot.

Your staff are always so knowledgeable and helpful. Phill needs a special shout out. It’s refreshing in this day and age to get brilliant customer service!

Usually use B&Q but i was passing so i thought i pop in, staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices were competitive and they stock a wide range of paint and accessories.
Will definitely be using Brewers from now on.

Good experience shopping at Brewers. The website is easy to navigate and click what you want. Then it’s easy to pay and just wait for the email to tell you it’s ready to collect. On arrival at the store show your email and it’s all done in about 5 minutes.

High quality products, good prices, discounts for new and existing customers. Excellent customer service, very professional, helpful and polite. Big thank you for all members of staff, especially for gentlemen who was dealing with my order on 3rd of May about midday. He also ordered for me online Polyvine products for collection.
