Having worked in customer service focused roles all my life, I can honestly say that Zoe is an absolute diamond in the rough world of quick buys and limited customer interactions, she took her time on a busy weekend to go through multiple colour charts with me, I had a purchase order for a paint pack and she went thought every item with me, answered all my queries and did so whilst making me absolutely crease with laughter and have a joke together, all whilst remaining professional and still serving customers with quicker orders around me to keep the traffic flowing in the shop. I honestly can’t say the last time I can remember such a wonderful experience shopping, and such stellar customer service. I hope management know what a star they have. The paint is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much Zoe!

Brilliant customer service from Steve Alex & Colin at the Horsham Branch. They spent a lot of time with me as I was trying to match a colour paint. I always go to this branch as I know they will go that extra mile.

Very disappointed to be discriminated against at your Horsham branch because my partner and I are a same sex couple. We visited your Horsham branch on the 23rd of September to by £250 worth of Farrow & Ball paint. Your employee made it very difficult for us to sign up to the membership scheme, actively trying to prevent us from doing so even when we were being served by another colleague. It has taken 2 weeks for the branch manager to finally write a lack lustre apology that compounds the discrimination that occurred. In the email reply it confirms that new customers will be treated differently in that it will be assumed they are trying to commit fraud on the membership scheme and will not be treated in the same courteous manner as long standing customers. They state the membership card is a cash card - it clearly states on the back of the card "this is not a cash card". When I shop at Waitrose or similar or similar I do not get accused of fraud if my partner wishes to sign up alongside me. I also get treated with the same level of respect as any other customer be it long standing or not. Given the membership offer is designed to encourage new customers to visit Brewers I am deeply upset to receive such 'white wash' of a reply to my complaint. I have taken this up with Citizens Advice and the Equality Advisory Support Service.

Refunded and exchanged paint products efficiently.

They put themselves in the shoes of the customer, so you feel as though they’re always doing their best for you. Any changes to orders are sorted out with minimal hassle.

I have always found the staff in Brewers extremely helpful and courteous and as an amateur do-it-yourself person such an attitude to customers is invaluable. Also a very good range of products in store and online.

Excellent communication from Brewers. Most importantly the oil was competitively priced and perfect for our internal oak doors.

I ordered paint from the Horsham Branch in April. We followed up in May but they had no details of the order.
I have had no contact from any branch. BUT you have taken the money.
still awaiting my paint or contact from someone.....
