Great company and superb range of beer and wine kits.
I have been ordering from Brewbitz for about three years now. Always plenty of stock and a next day delivery if you order before 2pm. The shipments are well packed and backed up by good communication from head office. Would recommend to any first time brewer or a seasoned wine maker such as myself. First rate choice of equipment.

The best I have experienced and with out hesitation recommend Brewbitz as the go to home brew people!! Even had an email late at night confirming a change I made!!
You can’t go wrong if using Brewbitz!! If you do, it was someone doing a cheap impersonation!! Trust me they do what they say!! And They Do It Well!!

I use BREWBITZ for almost all of my Homebrew supplies and they are always brilliant! Excellent range and unbeatable prices along with super fast next day delivery! On the one occasion there was a problem (with the product itself,not the fault of Brewbitz) the product was replaced within 24 hours!
Very happy with this great company and I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone and everyone!

Have only bought online and beer kits only but the service has been excellent with next day delivery. all has been well packaged with no breakages or missing items. Good selection of craft beers at reasonable prices.

Hi Andy. As we have previously explained, contacting us 2 1/2 months after you have received your order is far too long for us to investigate and rectify any error. We ask that you check your order upon receipt and inform us within 7 days if there are any issues. If you had, we would have been able to investigate and rectify any issues.
We are certainly not thieves! If you had contacted us when you received your order, we would have been able to assist you.
Upon completion of your order, you accepted our terms and conditions, where we remind you to check your order on receipt.
Our confirmations emails remind you to check your order upon receipt too.
Leaving it for 2 1/2 months and then trying to claim that we have sent the wrong items, and then getting abusive when we said that you had left it too long, then threatening us that if we didn't refund you you would leave a 1 star review?
Sorry, but we gave you plenty of time to check your order and inform us.
3 of the 4 cans I ordered arrived badly …
3 of the 4 cans I ordered arrived badly damaged due to inadequate packaging. As they were supposed to be for Christmas presents I was not happy so called customer services. They asked that I photograph the damaged goods and send in an email to them. This I did but have not heard back in nearly a month.
'Here at Brewbitz, we take great pride in keeping you, our customer, very happy ' ..... FAIL.

Some packages have arrived with dented tins, but no real problems. I don't think the delivery agent is that careful. Otherwise just the sort of on-line experience we should expect from every company. Well done BrewBitz

Swift no hassle delivery

amazingly quick delivery and good price
Ordered at half 3 and it was in my letter box the next morning, order was placed due to them being the cheapest I could find for the stuff I needed but I'll definitely be buying from here again now.

Very quick delivery
Arrived two days after order lace and they let me well informed by text on the stages of the order. Arrived neatly packed. I have not used the kits yet. Only negative is the lid was very hard to get off the plastic container. I have never brewed wine like this before and look forward to starting the process this weekend. Overall, I am very pleased so far.

I was very impressed with not only the very competitive prices that Brewbitz offered but also the fact that they delivered on time and provided great updates with regards to my order and when I could expect it. Even more excellent value for money with free delivery on orders over fifty pounds!

Prices of products very competitive but VAT is not shown on prices on site, but added at the end of order. Delivery was prompt and good value.
