Branders Anmeldelser

Kristina was fantastic and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be calling again. Thanks!

My sample order BR70691 was handled by Kristina Lazaga. The representative was knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Her customer service is excellent.

Placed an order today (BR72204) with representative Billy David Pazos. He was very helpful with my order. Everything went very smooth and he answered all of my questions.

Great service--call was answered promptly and I was helped in getting a sample order made. Looking forward to working with you on the full order.

Billy David Pazos assisted me with my order #BR72688. He was friendly and efficient and he double checked on color and availability to insure accuracy and timeliness. Thank you Billy!

I needed our summer t-shirts for company with logo printed on them for an upcoming summer season. Claire Bismonte was able to help me find a solution for my needs and the customer service she provided was outstanding. Thank you!

I had very good experience with Branders. At first I had an art issue. Anthony Carlo Lee, Florence Deveraturda, Efren Malabanan helped me a lot, made the entire process as easy as possible. I usually ask a ton of questions and prefer to communicate via email. They were always quick to respond, always clarifying to make sure the we were on the same page before proceeding. I will definitely do business with Branders again. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience placing a large order with Branders. Gerri Brooks was my representative and made the entire process as easy as possible. I usually ask a ton of questions and prefer to communicate via email. Gerri was always accommodating and quick to respond, always clarifying to make sure the we were on the same page before proceeding. I will definitely do business with Branders again and only deal directly with Gerri. Thank you so much.

Wonderful experience, Jessica followed up in a super timely manner. Definitely going to use them again

I have recently used this site to order goods for corporate purposes and I must applaud their professional mannerisms and assistance that was provided from the time of the order right up until its actual delivery.

I am very pleased with their service and almost certain that I would be a repeat customer.

We ordered kid-sized vests embroidered with our company logo to give to the children of guests of our company. We are very happy with the product and Christopher and Gerri provided excellent customer service. Thanks.

Gerri, the rep who helped me, was very helpful and thoughtful in her explanation of charges and timeline of delivery.

I placed 3 different orders with Branders for about 5,000 cups total. One order was incorrectly printed with 2 different logos when the approval was for 1 logo on the entire order. I got the run around from 3 different people he said/she said when the approvals clearly state the order #'s and what logo went with each order. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I would suggest to use a company that will correct their own mistakes and provide average customer service by fixing the problem they created. I had to dispute this order that was not fulfilled with my credit card company because Branders would do nothing about it.

I had recently placed a review with Branders.com. Within the next day, I received an email containing a 15% offer from Josephine Mararagan, Brander's Portfolio Manager. She followed up with me within an hour of sending an email and walked me through placing another needed order. There was little effort on my end and we got through reviewing the quotes & art proof within minutes.

I'd love to work with Josephine again. I know who I can go to for great customer service.

My Branders experience with Anthony Lee was very good. Things were taken care of quickly and efficiently. He helped me with every detail of my order BR69443.

Gerri Brooks went above and beyond, to help me fulfill a complex, multi-part order (Order #BR69342), late on a Friday afternoon. She really was diligent every step of the way, answering my questions and accommodating my request. Gerri really earned my future business. I look forward to receiving the merchandise.

Gerri Brooks happily assisted me.There was a confusion with order #BR69239 and #BR69238 it was easily solved and no hazzle thank you.Its a really great website as well great workers, low prices, great services. What else do you want?

This is my 3rd time ordering from Branders and they always have been there to answer questions, help with artwork/design and help you make your deadline.

My experience when ordering (#BR69206) today with Kristina LazagaLazaga was no different. I had a production time/shipping shedule question. She helped me get firm timelines to help me plan well for my event. She seamlessly finalized my order and sent me all the confirmations I needed.

Thank you for your great products, pricing and service!!

This was the first time I have ordered from this company- last night I tried customizing some can coozies online- never could get it just right- this morning Gerrie called me and helped me figure out just what I wanted and after every style she sent me an email with a pic and preview- we emailed back and forth several times- and she called me multiple times to make sure it was perfect- she is a true asset to this company- she was the one who "sealed the deal" for me to complete my order. I would def order again if she was my rep- her customer service skills were higher than any expectation I could have ever had- I had my order placed by that after noon and checked multiple times for perfection-
She needs an award for best customer service- I shop ALOT online and never feel the need to give a review- today I was more than happy to share my praise for a job well done a hundred times over

Gerri was friendly and helpful. I set the order up 2 or 3 weeks before I was ready to buy. When I was ready Branders hadn't missed a beat.
