Compete scam. Cashed out once then their system "detected unusual activity" now it says not available in US.. support tells me now I have to send a picture of a utility bill to collect my $30 sitting in my account. Complete scam. Lauren is a bot. Tired of these fake apps scamming people. There's needs to be a class action because I spent my own money to earn some of the money they wont pay. POS scammers.

This is the worst app out to earn pennies. They lie about payout time and they have the worst customer service. They will pay out 3 dollar gift cards but when you get 30 they won't.. they are scamming so many people
They deleted my account and won't respond
I upgraded my phone and tried to sign in and everything I had earned was gone. They ignored the email that I sent, and they aren't responding to the in-app chat.
If you're still considering it, carefully read the permissions you have to give. They can pretty much see and do anything on your phone.
False advertising
False advertising. Never pays out. I reached the $20 milestone on monopoly go and they claim their publisher denied my reward when in reality they just don't want to pay out the $20. It's a boat and switch scam. They take in the money from everyone downloading the games and they won't pay out.

Daily points took a heavy hit, surveys take you data after doing almost finish it and app heavily wants sensitive permission that old mobile performance didn't ask. With those monitoring permissions if you share you Google account with family members and they have brand bee on their phones their stupid system flags every family member that you share you account before. Support lies on rewards sometimes they will never sent you the link happen to me 2 times. And now they just stray forward lies and tell that the reward merchant cancel it . I contact the merchant they told me they cannot cancel rewards only the organization that provide you the reward. Why did they change a fine working app with a horrendous one
No loyalty
I've had this app for around 13 years. I had zero complaints until they recently changed the daily rewards. I honestly don't have time to do surveys and the reward amount isn't worth keeping it on my phone. This is a good example of poor customer loyalty and why you shouldn't fix something that isn't broke.

Was a stellar app
Was a stellar app. WAS.. paid on time every night. Sure it's just pennies. But you need pennies to make dollars. They've been working on making it better. Adding options for other avenues of revenue. Doesn't take long to get to the $3 cash out. AND that's when after years of cashing out with no problems they, for no reason mind you, tell you to contact support because now there's an issue with your account. Support... Use to be good. Either they outsourced it to crack heads working off a iPhone 4S or they bought the cheapest llm subscription to automate the trash answers and week Shac spin moves now offer as conclusitory data to shut people up.
Basically it's like this. *Sigh* bro if you need my pennies to keep the lights on fine. I'm good with that. Just don't throw trash on my plate and think I won't smack life out of you. On God, I swear. Get your act together.

Not for USA told after met threshold…
Disconnects daily needed to open settings manually give permissions. I guess for automation laziest but it should take just 3 seconds not 30. That's all I did for months till over $5 and the exact day I reached that amount was when they stopped it and also any chance of cash out they wait Till now to say it's not available in the US
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP
The quality of this app has gone down since the brandbee rebrand, if I could rate 0 I would. Back in the Embee Mobile Performance Meter days everything would run smoothly in the background of your phone. But not anymore. They've obviously gotten greedy just like all the other "free money" apps. Redeem a reward, tried to add it to my account but it said delayed. After contacting support I got no response until an email showed up that the reward was canceled with no context. Only got a non-answer reply after leaving a bad review. Still haven't gotten my points or the gift card back, nor have I received any coherent response.
Same thing happened to one of my family members, randomly had one if their rewards delayed only difference is they eventually got their points back after complaining.
Its been weeks now and still nothing. ALSO USER BEWARE THEY WILL SHARE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WITH OTHER USERS.

Works for surveys for the first few cash outs. After that it keeps dis qualifying you.After you've already answered most of the questions it won't let you complete. If fraudulently tells you that you qualify for the survey just to get you to do it and then disqualify you they throw you a penny when you were supposed to get anywhere from fifty cents to over a dollar. When it worked I made $18 in 1 week.Now I can't get qualified for any of the surveys.It just keeps letting me do them and disqualifies me.Every time. They request screenshots, but unfortunately, when it disqualifies you.It flashes on the screen and disappears.And they know that obviously likely set up this way. I email them they do not answer correctly.Because it's a bot and there is no customer service phone number. It's a stressful app and I wouldn't bother with it not worth it
