Added item to order charged shipping
When I placed my order, it asked me if I wanted to add another item. I did add the item, but then it created a separate order and charged me shipping. I was able to contact customer service and get it grouped as one order.

Our first experience was going on your website doing research for a Hernia Support for my Wife. After looking at numerous websites we decided to go with yours. Your selection and reviews made us decide to go with you.
My Wife always does in-depth research before making a decision and then has me go over things to see my thoughts and then I usually do most of the ordering for her.
We will be glad to review the Inguinal Hernia after my Wife receives it and tries the product.

I am shocked!
I am shocked by how well my foot sock works to help with my plantar fasciitis! I read the reviews ahead of time from many happy customers but I was still skeptical. This thing works! I felt less pain in my heal after one night of sleeping with it! I am a very happy customer.

While so many braces are out in the market. I have purchased several different ones, and I feel this is the one for me.

The buying process was good
The buying process was good. For me, this particular style of open toe did not work out. It ended up making the end of my foot and toes swell more noticeably than when im not wearing any compression. Thank you

Just received the BraceAbility ankle…
Just received the BraceAbility ankle brace in the mail. It is perfect. It fits w very good support and stability. In addition I like the beige color which is more camouflage than others I have purchased from CVS and Walgreens. They did not give the best results in supporting my ankle as the BraceAbility product. Would definitely recommend this product.

Positive experience - web site, shipping, outcome
The braces were delivered a short time after the order was placed. The order was well packed and having the braces in thick plastic bags protected them and gave me something to store them in when not in use. The web site effectively convinced me to purchase the posture brace, but also showed me a back brace that looked like something I could use. So, effective marketing, good pictures and good descriptions. I’ve used the posture brace and have found that it greatly reduces my mid-back strain. This is a big win for me.
