Order never arrived despite being…
Order never arrived despite being charged 12 days ago. Latest update was that it was “out for delivery “ 6 days ago with no further update. When I contacted the company they refused to do anything and just claimed they aren’t responsible for shipping - and I had to wait several more days until they supposedly will take any action. I will be following up tomorrow and if it’s not delivered or they don’t refund me I’ll block the payment on my card and I will publicly report their terrible customer service and shady business practices.

This brace definitely gives great support. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me as I need something a little less bulky for running. I ended up returning it. But I could see where it could be very helpful for many throughout the day to provide solid support.

A perfect solution for my arthritic wrists
I bought a right and left sports wrist brace. I needed the support for Golf, Lawn Bowling and work at the gym. They fit perfectly, stay in place, give great support and are totally unobtrusive whether with a Bowl or golf club.

I like the brace, but not the SKU game
I like the brace and the ability to insert the cold/hot gel pack and the pressure pad. It is a bit limiting as I am short so the brace sits quite high. However, I ordered 2 braces, one identified as 03B0503 and the other as 03B0502. What I received was 2 of 03B05. The additional digits in the SKU make no difference in the brace itself. Had I known that, I would have ordered 2 of one SKU and received an additional discount. Having different SKUs for marketing purposes only is somewhat deceptive.
