I recently had the pleasure of visiting the store and I have to say, I was very impressed with the level of service that I received.

In particular, I have to give a special shoutout to Adam.

He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products in the store.

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and asked me about my boxing goals and what kind of equipment I was looking for.

Adam patiently showed me around the store, explaining the different features and benefits of each item.

He took the time to answer all of my questions and even gave me some helpful tips on how to improve my technique.

I felt like I was in good hands with Adam and his expertise was invaluable.

In addition to his knowledge of boxing equipment, Adam was also very personable and friendly. He made me feel welcome and comfortable in the store, and I felt like he genuinely cared about helping me find the right products for my needs.

Overall, I would highly recommend Boxfit to anyone looking for high-quality boxing equipment, and I would especially recommend working with Adam if you have the chance. His expertise, professionalism, and friendly demeanor make him a valuable asset to the store, and I can't thank him enough for the great service he provided.

Purchased boots online over 3 weeks ago no updates no return emails no one answers the phone or returns messages sent
Hoping to get a refund and I need to go and buy the boots elsewhere now as needed this week if anyone ever gets in touch

Excellent service from the online department with regards to a mistake made by myself

I went in to get advice on boxing gloves for bag practise, as I am a musician I wanted good protection. The assistant, who is a boxer himself, understood exactly what I needed and advised me to get different gloves (my second choice) instead of the ones I intended buying. It has since been shown his advice was exactly correct. He also helped me choose the right fit, explaining the problem if gloves are too loose. He was friendly and helpful. There was also a large selection of gloves on display as well.

I like the shop, have visited it twice, and would definitely go there again and recommend it. However some of the staff look so miserable. I certainly don't want the obsessive smiling of American celebrities but surely they don't have all the world's problems on their shoulders? As I said it's a good shop, deserves 5 stars but appearances do matter to a small extent so thought I would mention it. I am not involved in the boxing world so if this comment is out of place I apologise.

Sad to have to leave a bad review , as I run a small business myself .
Customer service is non existent.
I placed an order , I received no communication, I emailed , no reply , I called 50 times , no reply , they then cancelled my order with no warning. I wouldn't recommend these to my even to my ex Mrs.

Wrong boxing gloves sent, no response despite 3 emails been sent to rectify. They dont pick up the phone either for online orders. Have ordered previously with no probs but will not order from again, due to the non existent customer service.

Fast delivery really happy with the pads I ordered.
As advertised will be ordering again.

So, I placed a order on the 4th October, its been 2 weeks and, not a single update on if its on way or not. I have contacted them, and no response.

I'm presuming, that I've been scammed at this time. Goes without saying, if you are here, you either checking the company out first, or you've been had like me.

Looking through the 5-star reviews, they look hella suspect, wouldn't surprise me if they brought reviews, to boast their rating. Don't buy anything from these people, PLEASE!

UPDATE: They got in contact, have gotten my money back, they were apologetic, as they could not find any stock. I wish this company the best, hopefully they can turn it around.

What's going on?

Great and serious company, got refunded the next day as I ordered the wrong size

I placed an online order 4 weeks ago for a pair of boxing trainers and a pair of leggings. The funds were cleared on the same day and boxfut has the money if circa £150 the cost of the items. I have sent an email. No reply. I have called and no one answers except on one occasion (2 weeks ago) when I was told that the items are now ready to be delivered. They have still not arrived and no one responding to any communication. Avoid this company. Highly fraudulent.

Do not use this company
The order we placed was Wrong and went I called them they said it was my fault and would not help at all
Swore in conversation to me and my wife by Oliver Who is the manager
Laughed at us I’m trying to get money back from the bank
Not Professional in my opinion will not be using this company again stay well clear and the order was Late and the colour of the T-shirts theory from sizes

Lucky gloves SOB

I have ordered a few t-shirts from Boxfit in the past - mainly ones that they have on their site. I spoke to them about a couple of Dillian Whyte t-shirts on their site and enquired about another boxer. Whilst they didn't stock them, they offered to make them up for me which was amazing. Price was good and whilst there was a blip with one of the designs, Douglas was more than reasonable - he fixed the issue, sent me two free t-shirts as well as offering to compensate me for the return postage! These guys are brilliant and I will definitely use them again

Ordered 3 things, one small thing wasn't included but they were extremely quick to respond and sent it immediately. Top service!

I ordered over £150 worth of stuff and it's saying order fulfilment since last week or the week before but states delivery will be up to 5 working days!

I have just attempted to purchase a product from the website and the money was taking from my bank account but no confirmation was given to me and i have heard no news to inform me of my order even being placed.

What a pleasure to work with Douglas from boxfit so helpful we are a small boxing club and they could not have done more to help us top class service above and beyond recommended to everyone
