Great service, big thanks to Andrei super efficient and great work

Awful company - for a £200 pair of boxing gloves you would think more care would be given, going back a couple of weeks now, I get a notification my parcel has been left on my doorstep in broad daylight, there’s even proof of no one collecting the parcel of the delivery driver, as expected I was at work, so they was signed for??? Not given to a neighbour??? No just dumped, just shows they have no pride in there product, my partner is now without new boxing gloves which was needed for an important event and even worse THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND, all they say is ‘this is being looked into’ then I won’t hear back for a week, it’s always me chasing them, I want a date immediately of when I will get my refund so I can go to a real store and get the gloves

Fantastic service from this company. They took a return for me that they could have refused as i was skirting the return date due to personal issues and being unable to get to the post. They did not even query. They issued the refund no problem at all. Fantastic service so thank you. I will continue to be a loyal customer to this company.

Awful Customer service, If you're not a pro boxer or someone "famous" do not bother, you will be treated badly

I paid for a faster delivery and 4 days after i ordered i found out that my order is not even processed yet!
i sent them emails and they still didn’t respond

Great service which can be trusted. Unfortunately box fit didn't have the gloves in the colour I ordered however they offered me a full refund or a different colour. I chose a different colour and they even threw in a free pair of hand wraps for the inconvenience which is a great touch and shows this large business still holds its core values running like a small business. I will definitely be buying all my boxing gear from boxfit uk from now on. Delivery was also on time.

I have always used boxfit for gloves and boxing boots around 4 pairs of each a year and I cannot fault them at all placed a order Monday night didn't have the size messged me day later to let me no changed the order and shipped for next day delivery as my lad is fighting Friday 1st aug these are so professional quick and easy to order and definitely 1 place i continue to use

I ordered some boots for my son which arrived as ordered but didnt fit. When I sent them back for exchange the process was so fast and the customer service was brilliant. I couldn't fault them at all.

Boxfit not only sell great boxing equipment their customer service is 5 star. Order some bits for my son last night around 8pm and realised I’d ordered a skipping rope in the wrong size. I sent an email immediately asking if they could swap it over for the longer length. Received an email this morning saying they’d swapped the rope, no extra charge and that the delivery will come tomorrow. So happy to support businesses like Boxfit. Will always use in future

Andrei made my son a hat at very short notice. The design was lovely and the hat was made to a very high standard. I just left the designing to andrei, who did a great job! My son received lots of compliments. I am going to order another one for my other son.

Really good customer service and fast response. I made a order and I didn't realise I selected collection so soon as I realised I got in touch and they emailed me right away and even sent my order first class for next day delivery. So overall very good service and I'll definitely be a returning customer

Had a issue regarding my size being out of stock however no issues as their were fast and easy to get in contact with and sort out great customer service👍

I got my professional debut kit produced by andrei and he done a brilliant job with helping me create it with all his ideas on styles etc. will defo be using him again for all my kits and the guys at boxfit have everything you need !

I ordered a pair of custom shorts through Boxfit and Andrei helped me with the order, through email and phone calls. He was extremely helpful and polite and made sure he got my order exactly how I asked and that it would be with me in time (I only had a couple of weeks until I needed them!)

They came with a week to spare and were exactly what I asked for, couldn’t be happier with the result. :)
