I have been a past customer of Box2 and I love the style of clothes, and the service they provide. The problem I have is that I am 5’3” and a full apple shape, so often the garments did not suit me, making me look short and wide. I have just returned to Box2 as I wanted to try again, on seeing the new designs, and a quality you can rely on. I was pleased to find the customer care is still of a high standard, and with the help and advice of a team member was able to get the right size/fit of a trouser to suit my shape. They will need a small alteration, but at last I have a smart pair of trousers, and a fabulous hat. Hoping a top will soon follow! I would not hesitate to recommend Box2.

Too tight across the shoulders
The tops arrived quickly but I was very disappointed with the quality and the fit of them.Usually this size from Box 2 fits me well but this time the tops were tight across the shoulders and arms.

Hi Joyce, I am sorry that the Tindra tops were too tight on the shoulder, I have just replied to another client who said our tops are too wide on the shoulder! This proves it is so difficult to make clothes to fit all shapes and sizes, as you have had many orders from us, thank you, hopefully this is just one style which didn't suit. Regards Nicky

The outfit was not a good fit at all -and scratchy
The outfit was not a good fit at all and the fabric almost felt scratchy on my skin - very unusual for Box 2 clothes - I have always been very pleased with all the clothing I have bought over the years - I cannot remember sending any item back.

Products are good, thank you for flared garments, I have had to take up the sleeves on the navy top. I would like to make a plea for large ladies who are also petite! Short, short arms, normal shoulders. Thank you

Hi Felicity, thank you for your review. We do try to offer shorter tops but they don't seem very popular! However we always offer an A line silhouette as we realise shoulders don't grow with size! Plus our best selling sleeve length is 3/4, it's difficult to get it all spot on but we do try. Nicky
