The reviews are confusing. I was looking for Boston Wardrobe in NZ, and clothing company. Reviews are talking about a totally different product. This is confusing and worth nothing.
We're thrilled with the service we received from Boston Wardrobes. Lee stepped us through our options and provided expert knowledge and advice which really helped shape our somewhat vague brief. We... Vis mer

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Margot!
Good quality Product
Product is amazing.
Waiting time, was long but average for anything you order in NZ.
Communication could improve. I had to chase them up for dates and times, a little disappointing considering the price of the product.

Hi Laura, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're sorry you experienced a long wait time but this is, as you point out, unfortunately a reality in our industry at present, with high demand and product import delays etc. It is definitely dissapointing that you feel you had to chase for dates and times, we are constantly reviewing our internal processes and will take your feedback into account.
Seamless
Excellent communication, incredibly responsive and managed expectations around delays that were out of their control. Any issue, e.g. the drawers were not quite correct, was fixed promptly. We love our new built in wardrobe and would recommend Boston Wardrobes to anyone

I love my completed wardrobes!
I love my completed wardrobes and recommend Boston Wardrobes. The process was clear, the consultants great and the finished product wonderful. The 4 star rating is because an installer drilled through some plumbing in the wardrobe wall and this caused a delay in install and incurred a plumbers bill.

Technically the wardrobe works very well, strong and no complaints at all but I didn't like the design you offered at first and I changed it before you built it.
What I would improve is the designer

Hi Diana, thank you for taking the time to write a review. All of our wardrobes are custom designed based on each customer's unique requirements and circumstances, so there's always a chance that adjustments will be required to initial designs before everything is just right. We hope the end result is everything you wanted, but if there is anything we can do to improve it, please do get in touch.
Great wardrobes, friendly and helpful service.
