The young lady who dealt with me…
The young lady who dealt with me through the entire process was absolutely brilliant.
Nothing was too much trouble in explaining everything in fine detail with some great advice.
A million miles apart from the amateur clowns in my previous experience with Amplifon.

Experience of Hearing Test and follow up.
Everything was explained to me in a very good way. what will happen during initial hearing test, to explaining the findings of the test.
Trying a pair of hearing aids to get the feeling and allowed to walk around the shop to hear for myself the benefits of hearing aids.
The information of the choice of hearing aids was very good with time to make a choice as to which hearing aid I would like.
For the follow up appointment for the fitting of my chosen hearing aids was also very good, I have been wearing them for a few days now and very pleased with what I can now hear better.
Another appointment was made for 6th July 23.
Very happy with everything.

Listened, cared and communicated brilliantly.
Sabrina took time to listen to my hearing problems, had lots of time for me, and let me wander about with a demo pair of hearing aids fitted. Communication was first class and fully explained the different levels of hearing aids i could purchase.

Two forms of discrete ear pieces are available as are less sophisticated but cheaper types.

Don’t buy on line at Boots
Boots on line - Don’t buy, your order will not arrive because Boots use Royal Mail. I placed my order on the 11th December. It’s 17th of December today , and I have still not received my online order. Boots should ditch Parcel Farce and use DPD instead. They are much more efficient.
