I made several purchases at Boot Barn, in Oxnard, CA., and the staff was very helpful in directing me to what I was looking for. They also provided assistance in answering my questions.

I item I purchased was a Bailey Desert Breeze straw hat and heeded the brim corrected a bit, but the person who used the steamer was not in. No big deal as I corrected it at home with steam from tea pot.

Do not buy online internationally! My boots were too big, and I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. I live in Canada, so I called them, and they told me I could exchange it or refund in a Store in WA. I went to the store, but they didn't have any boots that I liked, so they recommended refunding and buying it online again with the right size. I got a refund in-store. 2 days later came the refund on my account, and they kept $45.60 in fees.

Should have went to Walmart or Amazon!

I've never paid over $50 for Shoes. Thought I'd Splurge and Treat Myself to something Nice so I went to the Boot Barn in Bend, 45 Miles away.

They only had size 13, I wear 14 in some and 15 in others. She said she could Order them. I said Great and handed her $150 American Dollars in Cash. She said she couldn't Accept Cash but she could Sell me a Gift Card to Pay for the Boots..1st Red Flag!

Gave her the Cash she couldn't Accept 2 Minutes Earlier. She Ordered them and I Received them a few days later.

Not a good fit so I tried to Exchange them for 14's. They don't make them in 14, just 13 & 15.

90 Mile Round Trip.. And Guess what? They can't Return my Money but they're willing to give me another Gift Card. What a Scam!!! What the hell am I supposed to do with a Gift Card from a Store I don't Shop at, Never have and Never will again?

Gift Card Scam!! Can't Accept Cash to Buy the Boots but they can Accept Cash to Buy a Gift Card to Buy the Boots!?

I was SCAMMED by the Boot Barn for $130 Dollars!!

My husband bought some boots he'd been wanting to buy for ages, in store staff were very helpful, we will go back.

Beställde några t-shirts , levererades till Sverige inom en vecka. Kvaliteten var riktigt bra i förhållande till priset på ca 300kr st. Beställt ett gäng till nu som är på väg. Enda negativa är att webbsidan är långsam.
Fick leverans idag (torsdag), beställde i söndags. Nöjd med allt.

Customer service was great. I bought their new felt pro hat and it’s the best cowboy hat I’ve ever had.

Very happy with my clothing purchase in White Hall. Good selection for men. Friendly team asking to help.

I found it at 50% off and the quality is INCREDIBLE!
I have never ordered a hat online and was concerned about the quality. Boot Barn's products are exceptional, great products at even better prices!

I would like to praise the staff at International Drive Orlando. They have literally bent over backwards to help find my choice of boot in the correct size prior to our return to the UK. Nothing was too much trouble, including calling various other stores then eventually ordering them on an overnight service ( for an additional fee) but I am only grateful I will now return home with the correct boot in the correct size. If you appreciate service that goes above and beyond then Boot Barn International Drive is where you will find it. Thanks especially to Karen, Jim and Miranda. A very sincere thanks from Phil.

Just fantastic. I wish they could deliver all items to the uk. Ordered some jeans and shirts which where here (free postage) I might add all the way from California to uk in 4 days.

I purchased a Shyanne Life Quilted Jacket. I couldn’t be happier. It was impeccably made and the fit was perfect. I would recommend Boot Barn to anyone.

Went to boot barn for some work boots. They didn't have size needed but was told I could order online. I went home and ordered boots the next day..only to receive an email 15 mins later saying they didn't have boots in stock. I waited for several days to restock and ordered boots again which this time took 20 mins to checkout (should've been a red flag then) I received confirmation number, and later that day received another shipping confirmation and tracking number. (free 2 day shipping on 75.00 or more purchase) WELL that was over a week ago! UPS never received package from Boot Barn. Now after 3 emails and 2 phone calls (which you sit on hold for over an hour each) I have been told that I will have to wait 7-10 more days for them to find out where and what happened to boots! Like its my fault!?!? So in the mean time I'm out $132.00 and wearing worn out boots to work! THANKS BOOT BARN!! I have SEVERAL friends and family who shop or wanna shop there and I would NOT RECOMMEND shopping there to anyone!!! BUYERS BEWARE!

Honestly this is the worst internet purchase that I've had in over 10 years I can't remember a place that was so incompetent of delivering satisfaction to a customer. I researched cowboy boots for a performance that I had on stage this coming Wednesday. Boot Barn called me to confirm my shipping address and told me that boots would be on the way. Then without a call I got an email that the order was canceled this is the order number.11590497

I live in UK and have bought from Boot Barn twice. The first time I ordered at the start of December 2 years ago and the delivery didn't arrive in time for Christmas. This time I ordered in October and the order was here a week later! On both occasions I ordered socks and work boots. First order items were dispatched separately and import tax was astronomical £20 for the socks and £57 on the boots. This time £37 for both. This has nothing to do with BootBarn but is something to be aware of. The boots and socks are EXCELLENT so good I was prepared to pay the massive import tax (which if it happened again I would question) hard wearing, good looking and comfortable. On both occasions customer service like the company was fast,efficient and friendly. I will continue to be a customer.

It has good quality clothes but the cost there is a little outrageous but i guess you get what you pay for right?

Insanely quick postage to the UK & when I had an issue the customer service very quickly helped.

Will definitely buy from them again.

I went into the Dickinson,ND store to pay my bill, mind you I have previously worked at this store. When I was talking to the manager about paying my bill the associate(Meghan) was standing behind him. He asked if I knew how much I was going to pay I said yes, gave him the amount and she says "Last of the big time spenders". NO employee should ever be that disrespectful of any customers whether they used to work there or not. That kind of behavior wasn't tolerated when I was there so why is it ok now? I may not spend a lot in there at this time of year but I do when it comes to Christmas. I will be changing that as of this year. Really disappointed in how things are going there. I liked my boss, he taught me a lot but this kind of behavior out of an employee is unacceptable at any store.

The one in Kodak Tennessee has a very rude sales lady named Rachel she was not willing to look around to find me a pair of 11 triple e boots said she just did not have the time. But a older sales lady named Jenny? Went and found me four pair of boots in the size that I was looking for. Then this younger lady which I think is the senior sales clerk she yelled at Jenny for helping me in front of other customers, I was very put off by this young lady Rachel you need to fire her and get her out of there before she runs off all your good sales people.
