I ordered two sweaters. They took over a month to arrive, and there was no way to check on them. However, the sweaters are great quality. They look just the the picture and are very soft.

I liked the sweaters, but the sleeves are a little bit too long.

The sweaters are so soft and beautiful! I will be looking for more!

Nervous at first after two weeks without any reply on shipping but then I received notification and received my items which I AM VERY PLEASED WITH the quality of the material. They look great, just like the ad.

Seems to be a small company in the US. I like that. The sweaters are colorful and comfortable and unique. Minimalist marketing and packaging.

I saw an ad for a cool-looking sweater on Facebook and ordered it on Dec 9, 2023. The ad stated that the sweater was made in South Carolina. Great! Should easily arrive before Christmas, I thought. A week later, the USPS tracker status was still 'label created, no shipped' so I emailed customer service on the 16th. No response. And again on the 21st without a response.

So I looked at my PayPal info and found another email address (service at indiefit.com) and emailed them on the 22nd. They replied on the 23rd saying it had shipped and I should be patient. I responded on Christmas day expressing my frustration because the day came and went and my daughter didn't get this as a present. She didn't get as much as my other 4 kids because my money was tied up in this sweater. No refund sent, no info about shipping.

They replied with a screen grab showing it was shipped on on the 20th and in-transit on the 23rd. When I still hadn't received it by Jan 3rd, I reached out again and got a response with the original USPS number showing it'd arrive on Jan 6. It showed up on the 5th, finally.

So, all of this to say:
1. they're not shipping from within the US because they had a separate tracker before USPS received the package.
2. therefore not made in the US
3. their original email support address was never responded to
4. indiefit.com is HQ in Hong Kong, bonyli doesn't say

I ordered a striped sweater from them. It arrived and it’s completely different from the picture on their website. I gave them 2 stars because they did reply my emails. I asked to return it and they just refunded me $8. Im still waiting for the $8. I paid $50 for that sweater that I didn’t order and don’t like. They are very deceiving.

Very happy with my purchase. I bought 3 sweaters and I love all three 😍. It was my first time, but I will definitely buy again. They match exactly the photos and they are very soft. I'm so surprised since I didn't know what to expect.

I love the products! They were a little more than I like to spend. I can get the same quality at a lower price at TJ MAXX. But I liked sweaters so I ordered them. It took longer for delivery than I expected as well.

Took a month to arrive, not the 7-10 days as stated on their website.
The garment was made in China, not the USA as stated on the website.
Customer service by email was of no use.
Wouldn't give a refund - had to get a credit card company refund.

Been waiting for an update on my order from Dec 26th with not ETA or communications. I am disputing my CC payment as this seems suspicious. I should have known better and usually dont fall for this type of thing online.

I was very excited when I received my sweater. It was beautiful and soft. The colors were bright and vibrant and I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase. I already ordered two more sweaters! Shipping was also very fast and I received my order in under a week.

Im waiting on an authorization from you because I need to exchange a pair of pants for a size medium. Haven’t heard from you yet.

The sweater is lovely. It did take a while to come and was fairly costly in Canadian funds.

It took a month to get the product, it was poor quality and there is no easy way that I have yet found to return or exchange the sweater. It's a total scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Took a little while for shipping, but it was worth it as my wife loves her belated Christmas sweater. The color, the fit, and feel are all great. Thank you,

My sweaters arrived when it said they would and I love them both. They fit beautifully, the colors are vibrant and the price was just right.
