I cannot recommend this company more highly. They have completed numerous projects in our heritage property with outstanding craftsmanship, attention to detail and traditional techniques including a cottage renovation, hard landscaping, kitchen renovation and fireplace restoration. The team are hardworking, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. All projects completed to the highest standard.
We commissioned Bolton Construction and Restoration to do major and somewhat tricky refurbishment work on our converted annexe building. This involved rebuilding of the tiled roof with velux windows, installing drainage, rebuilding walls with extensive damp proofing to a high technical spec, re plastering and the installation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Will made intelligent plans for the work, explained his methods thoroughly and achieved effective solutions to the many challenges that presented. He was a pleasure to have around the property, always punctual and incredibly hardworking. We knew we were lucky to get him for this job and we were very pleased with the excellent result.
