You could be entitled to a boiler replacement grant!
If you are receiving certain benefits you may qualify for a grant towards replacing your old boiler.
To be eligible you must be a homeowner or a private tenant (with permission from your landlord) and be in receipt of one or more of the following benefits which will be checked by us during your call:
Your boiler needs to be at least 8 years old.
It’s possible that the full cost of new boiler will be covered by the grant, but it’s more likely that you’ll need to pay something towards it.
In the event you don't qualify for a boiler grant we can still help with a low monthly cost option.
An inefficient boiler will be costing you hundreds of pounds per year in wasted energy.
Boiler Grants is part of the Holmes Media (UK) Ltd group.
If you are receiving certain benefits you may qualify for a grant towards replacing your old boiler.

- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Income-based Job Seekers Allowance (JSA)

When my elderly mums gas boiler was found to have a leak my 1stcall was to Ailsa who told me mum would be entitled to a grant .This lady was unbelievable within less than 24 hours I am now awaiting a call from the survey team Thankyou and Merry Christmas Ailsa

Clear and efficient organisation
Guided through process clearly and in a friendly manner. Only disappointment was the fast response time in which I needed to respond - no small feat in my line of work. Would recommend though.

Free phone number and each time you can speak to the same person which is always better. Decision and appointment confirmed within 48 hours.

Quick and efficient
I completed an online assessment form and was contacted the following day by phone, asked a few questions and that was all I had to do. I was asked to call again the following day to learn who would come and do my home survey. The whole process was quick and efficient, I would certainly recommend them.

After registering my interest for the grant, I was contacted the very same day and all my details were quickly transferred to npower.

incorrect/poor information
Info provided was not upto scratch as Npower had a different view even though Boiler Grants said that qualifying parameters were met.
Very disappointing..
