Firmer, brighter complexion
I've reached an age where my skin needs a little more than just a good skincare regime and so on advice from friends who are clients at Bodyvie, I made an appointment and went along. I have had 3 non-surgical facials - Bodyvie Signature Facials which have helped to lift, brighten and firm my complexion and I couldn't be happier. Helen carried out my treatments all the while answering my questions and offering her expert advice. I am now considering injectables and wouldn't hesitate to use Bodyvie as I would definitely feel in safe hands. Thanks Bodyvie!

Brilliant Experience
I had suffered with rosacea for 10+ years trying multiple different solutions, none of which worked. Through treatments at Bodyvie I am now rosacea-free and can confidently go out without wearing foundation. I have since used many of their other treatments and am always 100% satisfied. The staff are so friendly and treat you like family. Would highly recommend Bodyvie to others.

Bodyvie Private GP
Bodyvie is in a league of it's own. It's clear your dealing with a private medical clinic. The treatments I have had with the doctors have been great, all the way through from the booking process, to consultation, treatment and follow up. I had to find a private clinic as treatment was not available with my GP and was delighted with the level of care and professionalism. A great experience.

Poor service not trustworthy
It took me 1 month to get a Saturday appointment. On the day of my appointment I was called at 2 hours before and notified that it was cancelled as the doctor did not turn up that day. Interestingly enough Bodyvie will charge you if you cancel your appointment 24 hours before. I only work one way I guess. I would definitely not use them again

David, we are sorry at your disappointment. Sadly it was not a case of the doctor 'just not turning up'. The doctor notified management before clinic hours that there had been a tragic and very unfortunate suicide on the tracks. Her train service had been cancelled and she could not make it to Bodyvie, despite having spent hours trying. She travels a lengthy distance from outside London and this was her only option.
We are a local business with a personalised service. We pride ourselves on the continuity of care we offer to patients and ensure our team are regular and familiar to patients. In such a scenario whilst we try to limit disruption, we do not work on a scale where we could move patients to another site or bring in an emergency doctor. We simply would not operate a medical service with 'in-out' doctors.
This occurrence is extremely rare and sadly was beyond our control. We rescheduled patients as quickly as we could to limit disruption and opened the doctor for the following weekend. She also offered a late evening out of hours session in the week to accommodate patients outside of their work hours. Where termination of train services has caused patients to miss appointments, Bodyvie has always waved cancellation fees. The understanding is certainly mutual and there are mitigating circumstances which at times are unavoidable and cannot be predetermined. We do our best to be accommodating and work with our patients.
We are deeply sorry that this experience left you feeling this way, but the incident was out of our control and best managed within our capabilities.
We wish you well and would welcome working with you in future.

Fantasic clinic and service
I have been seeing Dr Aggie for a year now. She is always professional yet warm and friendly. Best of all, she knows what she is doing and never does "too much". I have never suffered Any pain or discomfort - and I have always been 100% happy (overjoyed in fact!) with the results. She is brilliant. The clinic itself is lovely and the staff are very professional and friendly too -very welcoming.

An Exceptional Clinic
Since coming to the Bodyvie Clinic,for over a year,I have experienced exceptional care and attention.All the team from the front of house through to therapists and doctors are always professional and caring.
I really feel they have my best welfare at the forefront of any procedures .
I am so impressed with all that they do,I'm happy to refer my friends.

My Trusted Clinic
I discovered Bodyvie through a friend when I first moved to Richmond and have been going there ever since. I now know all of the staff, who made me feel incredibly comfortable from my first visit and therefore go back regularly. The clinic itself is very welcoming and absolutely spotless! Thanks guys!

Excellent
I have been going to Bodyvie for over a year now for full body laser hair removal and I could not be happier with the results and the standard of service. Staff are very professional and attend to your every need. If anyone is looking to start laser hair removal I would highly recommend this place.
