All perfect but shame about customs duties
All perfect but shame about now having to pay for customs duties ... I am aware this is a collective responsibility from Brexit and not the personal decision of the company. All the same, it's a shame for customers outside of the UK, and I need to say this, thank you.

Thanks for your review :) Unfortunately, if you order from outside of the United Kingdom then you have to pay Customs Duties when importing products into your country. This varies from country to country and we have no control over this. Either way these taxes have to be paid to your country. Whether we charge you up front or you pay when you receive your order, the outcome is always the same. We wish it could be free.
Everything was as it should be

Efficient
Efficient. The format of the product has changed and not all now fits into its packaging - also, found increased number of containers a bit confusing.

Was good delivery service
Was good delivery service, well boxed up and was nice that I had free conditioner with my shampoo I ordered, I've always liked fast shampoo because it suits my hair more than some other products I've used.
