Purchased a lifetime membership 7 years ago. Have never received a single connection to anything despite following the process.
They've tried to cancel my lifetime membership three times. Now they just charged my credit card - disputing that. Complete waste of time and money

As do many coaches and consultants, Simeon Wong knows the "what" of search : the strategy. Action words, resume formats, etc. He knows it all well. What separates Simeon from the pack however, is his keen understanding of the "how" in search; the tactics.

He has a broad understanding of the forces disrupting job search and recruiting and more importantly how to use them. He has enabled me , a very senior level candidate, to use modern tools to raise and enhance my profile. He has, for example, made my linkedin more dynamic through active content publishing which has driven more views, dialogues and engagement. His efforts have even brought me in contact with AI in job search.

He is a positive responsive professional who shows tremendous initiative in the partnership !

A waste of time and money. The direct support is an upsell. They run your cv through a AI model to give you feedback and their current opporutnities are typically aged and no longer available.

It's useful skills to apply in the real world to be successful by bringing impact and make money and have key point that qualify me to differentiate my brand and well positioning myself to be the best candidate the recruiters can trust and help them to grow their companies or institutions and add value to the reputation they have built.

Beware of this company! I bought a lifetime membership. After a while the account was locked and apparently because I hadn’t used it for a little while I had lost my lifetime membership and had to start paying an annual fee! This is not what I’d expect from a “lifetime membership” whatever the small print might say.

Customer service has also been very poor. Either they don’t reply to messages or the ones I did get had an arrogant and unhelpful tone.

BlueSteps was very responsive when it came to taking my payment. Still, once I signed up, I found no value in the service and never actually used it. When I asked to cancel and requested a refund, it took them a long time and several attempts from me before they even responded. When they finally did, they responded that it was outside their 7-day window, even though their website says refund requests would be reviewed.
Customer service showed no genuine interest in helping and hid behind Terms & Conditions. This left me with a generally poor experience.
I gave one star because they seemed focused only on collecting money, not on delivering value or support.

Highly qualified coaches on the webinar - experienced and knowledgeable. I would have liked to see slightly less high-level advice, and dig into more practical/tactical ideas for creating a career strategy and getting traction in a job search. But overall a good piece of content.
