Just signed up, and the process was incredibly straightforward and swift; everything went smoothly without a hitch.
It's a shame, Blue Square office cannot be relied up to deliver services for your business. Our business has operated here for a few years, and pay up front for a full year, every year for services. Blue Square, out of the blue, cancelled this arrangement mid year with a months notice because 'its not profitable'. I'd never recommend an organisation that behaves in this way, and doesn't uphold it's agreements with others. Stay well clear.

Very easy to understand online process. I was keen to get set up quickly and found the process on other site a bit complicated. But this was fairly straightforward and I very much appreciated having a local representative to speak to.

After paying for a Registered Office service, and being told that I would receive new info 5-8 hours later - I still have no information, no new office address, and have t been asked to provide ID. But I did receive this request for a review before anything else.

Took far too long to do anything - I wanted to change the registered office as a matter of urgency, but over 48 hours later nothing had happened.
When I phoned the Glasgow number (my company is registered in Scotland) I was put through to the London office on 3 occasions. They don't have access to or knowledge of Scottish companies, so this was both pointless and irritating.
Top marks to Annaliese in the Glasgow office, though. She has a lovely phone manner and apologised profusely, cancelled my account and authorised a refund under the 14 day cooling off period. Annaliese earned the 2nd star all on her own.

Ik wil graag een recensie achterlaten over een meisje uit Letland, haar naam is Betija, ze werkt 's nachts. Ik ben een vaste klant in dit hotel. Ik ben erg blij met dit meisje, ze is altijd vriendelijk, legt alles uit, helpt, ondanks het late uur. Ik ben in veel hotels in XO geweest, maar ik wil zeggen dat ik erg blij ben met dit meisje, daarom kom ik hier altijd. Ondanks het late tijdstip heb ik nooit gezien dat ze ongelukkig, Ze heeft altijd een glimlach op haar gezicht, spreekt vloeiend Engels, helpt met eventuele vragen. Ik woon al 17 jaar in Nederland, ben in veel hotels geweest en ik zal zonder overdrijving zeggen dat zo'n receptioniste zeer zeldzaam is! O.Novytskiy

I'm sorry to say I cannot recommend Blue Square Offices based on my experience, which I have detailed below
I was impressed by the website, and online signup process which was very straight forward. I signed up for the Register Office service at £39.99+VAT per year on 20/11/2023, paying by card. I received an order confirmation immediately, which said I'd recive a welcome pack within 5-7 working hours, again very impressive.
From there it all went wrong. I heard nothing for a couple of days, and my email chasing it went unanswered. After 4 days I did receive the welcome pack, and was asked to set up a direct debit. I did this, although seemed unecessary as payment for year 2 wasnt due for another 12 months. Eventually, after several more days a couple of emails (first unanswered) I received conirmation that eerything was set up and I could start using my new Business Address.
All was fine for 2 weeks, until I was, without notice, charged a further £39.99+VAT by direct debit. I emailed, after 4 days I'd received no response, emailed again, and finally got a reply the next day. I was promised a refund, which finally materialised 2 weeks later (albeit with Christmas in between, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt there)
Again, all was well for 4 weeks - I was then charged £79.98+VAT, equivalent to 2 years fees! This time I requested a refund from my bank, which they were happy to do as Blue Square Offices had breached the legally binding Direct Debit Guarantee, for a second time. I received the refund the next day. I emailed Blue Square again, asking why I'd been charged, and explained I had cancelled the direct debit with my bank. Needless to say, I have not received a reply (writing this review 2 working days after my email)
Simply put, I am disappointed by the erroneous charges, after such a good start with the automated sign-up process. But, I am absolutely shocked at the lack of communication from Blue Square Offices, the fact so many of my emails have gone unanswered in the almost 2 months I have had this service, and the general lack of customer service.
It is as a result of this that I have absolutely no faith in Blue Square Offices to meet their other responsibilities in the contract, so I will be looking for an alternative service provider.

I have signed up and received a mail stating I would be sent my welcome pack within 3-5 hours. That has been a week ago now. Phoned up multiple times and still haven't heard anything. Poor service so far and if not resolved this week I'll cancel. Would not recommend.
