I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday on Friday. I placed the order on Monday to give them adequate time. I asked for morning delivery. They added surprise charges AFTER they got my card number and then on Friday, no tracking available, called from 12:30 on. Opened chat and told them at 6:15 they missed the boat and cancelled.My bank says give them 3 working days to send in a refund and they will take over after that. So sad people are so uncaring. My bank is handling the dispute as fraud. Update -Bank recovered refund.

Absolutely do Not use this company. I seem to be out of $185 and o can’t get a live person to help. We travelled from Indiana to Deer River, MN for a wake and funeral. I was extremely disappointed when I got to the wake and our flowers were not there. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS HERE. When I contacted them it was an AI I asked for a rep it transferred me to another AI. I never could speak to an actual rep.

I am disgusted to say the least. I ordered sympathy flowers for over $100.00 to be delivered to a family funeral. What was delivered didn't even resemble what I paid for and in fact, it was wilted, extremely small when I ordered a large flower basket. What an embarrassment to say the least. I will never order from this company again. never, never, never. I have photos wish I could upload them so everyone could see what they look like.

The ordering process was dishonest. They said there were no hidden fees except for a reasonable 5.95 handling fee. Then after entering credit card information, they added three more charges (in addition to the 5.95 handling fee). Additional fees included service fee, delivery fee, driver tip, totaling over an additional $20 on top of the 5.95. We trusted the rating on their website. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow; expecting the worst based on reviews. Wish we had seen reviews first.

Paid for flowers took the money and flowers did not appear. I contacted them a number of times got so far, then went cold. Basically they stole my money

The flowers I picked were completely different than the flowers that were delivered to my recipient, missing the largest statement flower. The delivery instructions said they would confirm and send a text, never received and my delivery arrived near 7pm. I called to ask for a new delivery with the correct flowers and all they offered me was 10% off. Wasn’t even about the money. Don’t recommend .

SCAM! Do not order from here. The website is beautiful, user-friendly, and really does look legit. It's a well-thought-out scam. I had a feeling something was up when I ordered flowers, received a confirmation email saying they would text me updates along the way, and never did. That prompted me to look up reviews, which, yes, I should have done first, but this was my first time ordering flowers to be delivered to someone. I didn't know florist scamming was a thing. Also, this website will adapt to what you're looking for. For example, I typed into Google, "[name of town] flower delivery" and this website popped up saying they were a local florist in that area. Nope. Not true. They claim they have 24/7 "people only" customer service, but that's not true either. It's a very fuzzy-sounding automated robot. You won't be able to get through to anyone. I cancelled my order on their website, just in case, and received confirmation of the cancellation from another company called Blossom?? Probably a scam florist, too. Will be disputing this purchase with the bank. Lesson learned: do your research and find an actual local florist.

UPDATE: I got charged twice and had to dispute it with my bank. Stay away from Bloom Flower Delivery!!

On September first, I ordered flowers for delivery today, September second, and paid an additional fee for delivery by one o'clock. It is now four thirty and the flowers have not arrived. My wife left for the day without receiving them.
When I called to resolve this, I was routed through an automated system. Each time I pressed zero to reach a representative, I was placed in a queue and told I was caller number four or five. Before reaching a human, the call disconnected and returned me to the automated system. This happened three times — twice I was cut off before reaching the front of the queue, and once I reached caller number one before being disconnected again.
I am requesting a full refund of the order and delivery fee. I will not be placing future orders with your company.

Do not recommend at all, I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday, called today because they were not delivered and was told by a customer service lady they were out for delivery yesterday but got delayed. So upsetting but I understand things happens. She reassured me today they would be delivered by 3:10pm. No flowers again today so called and the flowers have not even left yet as supplies are not all ready. Extremely disappointed, especially when you select a day for something to be delivered, usually there is a reason for that!!!! These were supposed to be delivered for a 1 year special celebration for my mom and now she will receive them days later. Do not recommend this company at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers in advance for my mom’s birthday. They kept telling me they were out for delivery and then another agent told me they were out of flowers… how???? Then when they did finally deliver them, 3 days later, they looked absolutely horrible. I paid more money for an amazing bouquet from a local florist. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my money on Bloom. Horrible customer service. They said it would take 1-2 days for a manager to call me back. I ended up disputing the charge through my credit card company. Save yourself the time and headache and just spend more on a local florist. It’ll be worth it in the long run.

This place sucks, they don’t know how to deliver on schedule, they also promise you flowers that they never deliver, because they just substitute to their own liking without confirmation. Force you to still be happy and pay for everything… and offer to only compensate barely anything because you told them you would leave a bad review. Straight up service sucks!!!

Ordered flowers last Friday to be delivered this past Saturday between 9am and 6pm to my sister in Colorado. Next day they did not deliver and when I followed up at 8pm my time they said they were scheduled for delivery on Monday. Monday comes and goes and now Tuesday, after hours of nothing but being placed on hold and over six emails and one incoming voice mail from a spoof number my sister still does not have her flowers. Do NOT use this company!!!! Worst floral delivery company ever !!!!!!

Don’t recommend if it’s important that delivery gets there. I ordered for a funeral and thought to ask for delivery confirmation day after they were supposed to be delivered. Not delivered at all. First response to me after I inquired was to ask if I want another delivery attempt. I’m not sure how you make an attempt to deliver funeral service flowers when it’s over. Choose another company.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery with the extra fee of $5.99 for priority because the flower was for a funeral service. When completing the order, there form ask what time the service starts, which in this case, the service started at 10AM. Flowers never got delivered, called the customer service line and automatically got connected to a AI rep which provided a status update that they were being arranged at 12:40PM! I never received any status update since the initial order complete text. Requested an actual human being where I was told that the flowers were not being arranged, and they were waiting on the arrival of fresh flowers. To try to make up for this matter, the rep offered a measly $10 discount on flowers that originally cost $230 to get to the family house on MONDAY!

I placed an order for a blue floral bouquet for same day delivery. Received a confirmation number and email. A short time later I received an email and a phone call from a robot saying my order was cancelled because my payment didn’t go through and asked me to click a link to pay again. But it did. The funds were taken from my account. I contacted customer service and 3 back and forth emails later with them still insisting they didn’t get my money when they did- they stopped responding. I threatened to file a complaint. Without further communication- my “order” showed up a day late with red roses instead of blue flower bouquet (also considerably smaller) and with no balloons or custom card that I paid for also. Watch out. I won’t do business with them again.

Ordered flowers for delivery, paid extra for same day. They arrived a day late, in a damaged box, and were not even the flowers I ordered. They looked like grocery store flowers! I paid over $100 for this. Customer service is nonexistent. You will wait on hold forever and never speak to anyone or they hang up on you. This is a complete SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Worst experience ever. My sister passed away in Oregon. I'm in Sacramento. I placed a delivery to go to the funeral home. St first the person emailed me the delivery address and it was my address. She said she corrected the error and they would be delivered to the funeral home in Oregon. The burial is tomorrow morning. They were to be delivered today. This afternoon the flowers were delivered to my home in Sacramento and im missing part of my order. Contracted them right away and I got do you want a full refund. I said of course. She said she'd fill out a dispute and someone would contact me. Had to race around and try to find another florist that would deliver them today. Hopefully they'll make it there before the morning. Then I called my bank and found out they charged me twice for the same order. Never use this place.
