I've been playing Blizzard games since Warcraft, and I happily went on to Warcraft 2, StarCraft, Diablo, and finally World of Warcraft—a time when Blizzard was praised for its imagination, creativity, and innovation! Those were the days... How can I not be saddened now to see that all that creativity has just become a soulless, unimaginative cash cow?

Man will SPiele Verkaufen, aber zugleich übt man Macht aus? Dies sollte vom Staat verboten werden.

Sono stato "segnalato" dalla solita mafia che in gioco gestisce le vendite (chi ha mai giocato a World of Warcraft sa di che cosa parlo): se non vendi al loro prezzo, ti segnalano e la Blizzard TI BANNA.
Ho letto e riletto i termini di condizione: non ho violato NESSUN termine. Il ban è ingiusto e io lo considero una TRUFFA in piena regola.
E' l'ultima volta che questi ladri di polli mi rubano soldi.

To the community and the Blizzard team,
I am writing this post to formally announce my decision to leave Diablo 4 for good and to request the permanent closure of my account and all associated services. This is not a decision I have taken lightly, but rather the result of a complete breakdown in trust regarding how this product is managed.
My commitment and investment in the game
Since the launch in June 2023, I have been a 100% dedicated player. My track record reflects a level of commitment that few users maintain:
Perfect Progress: I have completed every single season to 100%.
Financial Investment: I purchased the Ultimate Editions and have consistently spent money on in-game cosmetics, supporting the game’s growth from day one.
Blind Faith: I pre-ordered the new expansion the very day it was announced (though I processed a full refund yesterday following recent events).
The reason for my departure: Zero consumer protection
Despite my loyalty, I have hit an insurmountable wall: the utter negligence of the customer support service.
Throughout my time in the game, I have lost characters in both the current and previous seasons due to internal technical faults within the game itself. What is truly galling is not the technical error, but the fact that after raising these issues—and receiving official acknowledgement that these faults were entirely beyond my control—the support team has flatly refused to offer any assistance or restoration.
Conclusion
It is quite frankly unacceptable for a player who has invested so much time and money to be abandoned by technical support when the software itself fails. "Neglect" is the only word that accurately describes the current state of customer service in Diablo 4.
There is no logic in continuing to invest in an ecosystem where your achievements and time can vanish due to a bug, and where Blizzard—while admitting the error—chooses to do nothing. Consequently, I am now proceeding with the formal deletion of my account.
It has been an absolute pleasure sharing these years with all of you. Looking back at the adventures we've had and the victories we've shared, I can't thank you enough for the great times.

after years (since 2005) of playing wow, after stuck in a quest (was doing the objective, it wasn't captured in quest tho), they said they dont support anything that has to do with quests. requested refund because the game developer doesnt support like 80% of the game's functionality which is questing, as well as their unprofessional approach to the issue, which was closetheticket-centric instead of resolving the issue. i only got the refund on the expansion and not the 6 month because i played more than 2 hours (unrealistic non percentage approach to refunding so they dont do it). blizzard and wow and activision are in the end of their enshitification and hope they go down hard. also talked with lawyers and legal teams.

I can't refund Black Ops 6 after purchasing it less than 24 hours ago and playing it for less than 2 hours.
This is a scam company at this point. They used to make a decent game (Modern Warfare I, II, and III), and now they're just making crap games like Black Ops 6 and denying refunds so they can make money.

Bei WoW muss man nicht nur das Spiel bezahlen, sondern auch eine monatliche Gebühr, um es spielen zu dürfen. Dafür bekommt man ein komplett verbuggtes Spiel und eine ServerDown-Zeit, die doppelt so lang ist, als versprochen. Für die, die es nicht wissen: Wenn die Server down sind, kann man das Spiel nicht spielen. Während dieser Zeit bezahlt man also, ohne auch nur das geringste zurück zu bekommen. Es ist ein riesiger Scam.

After seeing how many people have come here just to post a similar experience as mine is actually shocking. They should really be ashamed of what they are doing to the gaming community.

Bought MW3 and BO6, and after a year i cant play any of them. It wont install and their support is useless. I tell them ive tried everything in the error code article and much more from possible solutions online, and twice they've just me a link to the same article and saying sorry for the inconvenience. Theyre not sorry.. They're actually useless at helping. Now i cant play 2 games i paid for.

Trying to play Diablo 4... It's s complete buggy mess. The Season starts and it's basically unplayable, season mechanics completely bugged and servers are horrible. It's lagging all the time while other games are running just fine.

Customer service has just become absolute garbage. Simple matters takes week to resolve, receiving automated copy-paste answers until an actual human looks at the matter after 5-10 tickets and solves the issue within minutes.
Going from one of the best customer support services to the biggest garbage ever imaginable in a few years is an impressive feat.

I truly wish things were different, but blizzards support is absolutely abyssal / atrociously bad & non existent.
The product classic wow is ran by bunch of adult children, with totally open cheating / scripting / manipulation & abuse in broad daylight, with cartel structure and power to reward degenerates as they please. I cannot believe that this is blizzard’s official product & servers, since it’s out of this worlds bad.
If the games weren’t timeless, they’d go bankrupt in the course over a night.

Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a game 3 days ago and still can’t play it because their system “hasn’t received the payment.” Meanwhile, I’ve already contacted my bank and confirmed that the money was successfully sent and received on their end.
What’s even more frustrating is their complete inability to provide a clear or concrete answer. Every response feels generic, vague, and useless, no real solution, no accountability, just delays.
At this point, I’ve paid for something I don’t have access to, and their support team seems incapable of resolving a basic issue. This is unacceptable.
