The staff in the blacks store today (21st of January 2026) were friendly and helpful while giving honest advice. Thank you both!

So disappointed with this company. Ordered a garmin watch with next day delivery. Didn’t get a delivery notification so followed up with phone call. Was told all was ok but it will be a day late. An hour later order was cancelled , out of stock, but still for sale on website. Shoddy service. Do not use this company.

Kiona was so helpful. Like having a personal shopper and always brought me just what I wanted.

Just sat through an awkward situation involving a customer being rude, however, sussy handled it proffesionally and gave me discount just for having to watch. Cant be happier with the service and product. Will deffently be back just based off service.

Very impressed with the staff namely Anna and Kiona. Both were supportive and professional as they helped us find the right hiking boots ( Salomon) as we train for mountain summits in UK and Africa. Keep up the great customer service!

From entering the shop i was greeted with a smile and hello, which is rare these days. Anna asked if i required help and provided me with answers to my questions in relation to Rab waterproofs. Anna also assisted with the purchase of Colombia fleece jackets. Great customer service from a knowledgeable friendly staff member.

Sussy had been very kind and helpful . I was shopping with my partner and both girls working were very friendly and supportive

I recently popped into your st Helier, Jersey store to purchase some inflatable mattress for my party sleepover business.
Your staff couldn’t have been more helpful, not only checking in the storeroom for extra but allowing me to collect later on in the morning via the rear door.
Due to my experience I have regained my trust in your company having twice tried to purchase online only for both orders to be returned with no explanation.

Angie was amazing, helped me get everything I needed for my winter trip to Sweden! 10/10 service (and Anna too!)

I spent some time in Blacks Jersey buying hiking boots which is a new experience for me!
Anna was extremely knowledgeable about the products on offer and her patience with my indecisiveness was much appreciated.
I ended up with beautiful, extremely comfortable boots which are perfect for my needs.
