Went to Holborn store and was helped by Gavin. What a surprise, a salesperson who had deep product knowledge, who challenged me and made me think about what I wanted and needed and who offered that most precious of things - advice based on experience. I'll go back there for the sole reason to get his help again in the future.

Great customer service from Gavin & Yas

Great customer service from Gavin and Yas. We went in to buy replacements for a pair of Brasher trousers (found by Yas and purchased in store) and two Berghaus Cornice jackets (found by Gavin online at a sale price and Yas put the order through by for us in store for delivery to our home two days later). Our jackets arrived on time. Many thanks to both Gavin and Yas for their great customer service.
Also, good work to the selecting, packing and delivery teams. You delivered when the email said you would. Can't ask for more than that!

Had a very experienced salesman who went out of his way to help us, ie he measured our feet and got us the right size shoes. And when we realized that they were not waterproof, he went and got us the waterproof ones. Not only that, when we asked for a discount as we had bought many items, we were given a discount. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

I needed a wide fitting walking boot and had a budget. Gavin at the Holborn Shop was very knowledgeable, offered great advice and a number of options at varying prices.
