Technical problems
Nice casino when it works. After a while though the pages won’t load at all, they stay blank or freeze at the Bizzo animated logo. This happens consistently. I’m forced to clear my browser cache to get it working again. Using Safari mobile but encountered this on another browser as well.
Edit: Incognito mode seems to be more stable so bumping up my rating. Still forced to refresh the page though when I get a blank screen

Hier ist erstaunlich, dass man seine Einzahlung 3x umsetzen muss und das OHNE Bonus. Zahlst du also 100€ ein, musst du 300€ umsetzen bevor du auszahlen kannst - Viel Glück damit. Solltest du es aber doch schaffen und eine erfolgreiche Auszahlung durchführen, würde ich sehr lange nichts mehr einzahlen denn hier will das Casino erstmal das 3-fache wieder zurück. Du kannst es förmlich beobachten - Nach einer Auszahlung bekommst du absolut gar nichts mehr, egal welcher Slot und welcher Einsatz. Dieses Phänomen hatte ich bestimmt 4 oder 5 mal denn öfter kam es nicht zu einer Auszahlung.
Jetzt kommen wir zum eigentlichen Thema und das ist der Spielerschutz, der existiert hier nämlich nicht!
Abgesehen davon, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt sich auf der Seite selbst zu sperren oder Limits zu setzen, muss man eine Mail an den VIP Manager senden um sein Konto zu schließen. Dieser antwortet meistens nach einem halben Tag aber nicht mit der Schließung deines Kontos sondern mit sehr schlauen Verzögerungstaktiken. Er fragt dich nämlich ob du einen Bonus haben willst oder wirklich dein Konto schließen möchtest, denn in Zukunft hast du bestimmt mehr Glück. Du musst also wieder auf diese Nachricht antworten und es vergeht wieder einige Zeit in der du fröhlich weiter einzahlen kannst. Solche Taktiken werden bei AskGamblers sehr unter Kritik gestellt und zweifeln an der Seriösität eines Casinos.
Sollte man es aber dann doch irgendwann geschafft haben, den VIP Manager zu überreden sein Konto zu schließen, ist dieses eigentlich gar nicht geschlossen. Wo andere Casinos keine Chance auf Reaktivierung des Kontos geben, reicht hier eine einfache Mail an den VIP Manager und dein Konto ist wieder freigeschaltet. Das alles geht also wieder von vorne los und ist eine absolute Frechheit was den Spielerschutz betrifft. Natürlich spielst du wieder weiter und kommst irgendwann an den Punkt wo du erneut dein Konto schließen möchtest und die Konversation mit dem VIP Manager fängt wieder an welcher natürlich wieder Zeit schinden möchte, in der du wieder dein Geld verspielst.
Schlussendlich habe ich den VIP Manager darauf hingewiesen, dass ich eine Beschwerde bei AskGamblers einreichen werde es sei denn, ich bekomme einen Teil meines Verlustes zurückerstattet denn mit einer sofortigen Schließung des Kontos wäre das nicht passiert. Dies wurde natürlich abgelehnt also wurde die Beschwerde abgesendet.
Diese Bewertung werde ich auf jeder möglichen Casino Seite posten und erst ändern, falls sich das Casino auf eine Einigung einlässt.
