Overheard a loud conversation between a mature sales assistant with dark hair and two other customers or her friends?
She made comments about all Romanians being chancers and thieves!! I left questioning why someone with such opinions felt comfortable sharing them so loudly in her place of work. Uncomfortable experience.

Really happy with my purchase
Really happy with my purchase and great to be able to pick up in store and save on shipping. Best part was collecting my clothes though, so beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and carefully put in a bag for me. Felt really luxurious. Would definitely shop there again.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, on an excellent product. Sadly item damaged by Royal Mail and Amanda at Biscuit was just amazing in sourcing a replacement and getting the item to me extremely swiftly. Superb customer service. I would highly recommend this company and the excellent range of quality clothing.
