Excellent Product! Bioforte
I have been taking BioForte for over 20 years. After one week, I felt an increase in stamina, better sleeping and easier rising. It accellorated my metabolism, making my daily exercising more effective. I speak highly of Biotivia because the products are great and they give results.

Dreadful Customer Service - Disappointed
I was eager to order Transmax from Biotivia as it had a lot of good reviews and came heavily recommended. But a few days after I received my order, I was told that the item I ordered was out of stock.
I immediately emailed the company to find out when new stock would come and told them that if it took too long I would like a refund.
I was eventually told that the product was available and that they would ship it to me. Nothing has been done. On the system, my order is still cancelled. I've emailed the company several times regarding this and have received no answer. My order cost £70. It is very expensive, especially have I live in Europe and the item is shipped from the US.
This is ridiculous and doesn't encourage me to make further order with this company. Instead next time, I might as well order from Amazon or another third party. At least that way, I'll be sure to get my item. Really disappointed.
My order was two weeks ago. I still can't tell if the product is out of stock or has been shipped. I suspect that they truly are out of stock and are scrambling to get new stocks but instead of saying the truth to me (which would mean that they would need to refund me), they've simply decided to not reply to my emails. I'm disgusted. No reputable company would do something like that.

Service has been pretty spotty. As a subscriber, I hope for consistency, but lately, I haven't been getting my orders. The products are fine; I give them 5 stars, but that sort of depends on my actually having them. I can understand occasional hiccups, but this is the second month in a row that I've had problems getting my order.

Customer service used to be great. When I called I always talked to someone that was very helpful. Recently I can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to emails, so I quit trying. My order last month belonged to someone else, it was the same product, but I purchase the time release. I didn't try to call to report the error.

Customer Service is terrible. Your products such as Immune Edge and Transmax TR are continually out of stock. I have used these products for many years, and like them. I stopped receiving my Trasmax TR shipments over a month ago, and received no correspondence that it was out of stock. I've been taking Pteromax for about 8 years. I suffered 4 concussions in my youth which limited my cognitive abilities. I never reached my full potential. I noticed a difference after taking Pteromax for just a few days. I was more alert, able to analyze information more effectively, and increased confidence in my abilities. To top it off, took up the guitar 5 years ago and am now a pretty good intermediate player getting better every day. So thank you for Pteromax, I will take your product for the rest of my days. The only complaint is though I get automatic delivery monthly, there are too many delays in service.

I believe our Biotivia Bioforte to be a quality resveratrol product that we have used for several years. We had a few glitched with availability in prior years for our autoship subscription but things have gone well recently. Wish it was a little less expensive.

Unreliable company
I had purchased 2 bottles of Biotivia TransmexTR. The packaging of the products I received were different from their website. Sent them 2 emails and try to call the number on their website. No reply to both emails and phone calls. The products are expensive and I am hesitate to take them. This company seems to be unreliable. Make me doubt the authenticity of their products.
