If I could give it a zero, I would! I got an email from this company that says I would be credited with 40 sc for just signing up. I click the email, and it takes me to sign up, where it says only 2 sc to sign up. I sign up and don't get any credit. I contacted customer service, and after waiting forever, the rep was rude, didn't help, and didn't care that I had an account with them. I sent a copy of the email, and he basically told me that it was false! They are false advertisers, and if this is how it's going to be the first time being on the website, I will not go back on it!!

This place is a complete joke. They are very good and finessing you with B.S about redemptions. This site should be flagged immediately and shut down. I've got 6 days of back and forth with support where they give you the lamest explanations on the time it takes for redemptions. I gave them a chance but am now convinced this site is a total scam. I highly recommend going somewhere else cause this isn't it. They need to be shut down

May 4th has a bonus round I bought for $112.50… didn’t credit even shows not played in transaction history- won’t show up when I load game. Messaged customer service. It’s may 12 and they won’t reply to me in game chat or anything and I’ve asked several times about my missing $$ and NOTHING so that money is missing and they aren’t doing anything or even replying.

After making a redemption you can't access the site or play without reversing your redemption. You also can't deposit new funds while having a redemption. Do not trust this site under any circumstances

Request a redemption on April 23rd and have not been lied to as much in my entire life as the customer service has on this site. My father in laws firm is going to be reaching out to anyone who has met redemption requirement and not received a redemption. If you deposited and still could not redeem even better. They usually don't handle sweeps casino cases but as the landscape is changing and loopholes more on the side of the consumer sweeps casinos will be the only place for player advantage and firms will start opening more and more class actions. I don't know what these people are talking about. That are trying to say this company is a good company to use. Because they are absolutely not. I have been waiting since January. It is now April 30th, and I still have not gotten paid. I have verified everything. I've been told by multiple senior Workers that everything is taken care of everything is verified. I don't need to do anything else and I would receive my payment in 2 to 3 business days. I was told that multiple times probably about 5 or 6, and each one of them have passed. I've even been connected to A senior executive supposedly that guaranteed me. My payment would be completed that day or the next. And that was 3 weeks ago, they never give me a straight answer. I've been told multiple times that my payment would be received in 2 to 3 days and I still not have received it. My original redemption was back in January and never received it, and it got put back in my big shot games wallet, so I put in for a second redemption and had to jump through a bunch of hoops, and I submitted everything that I was supposed to and was told everything was fully verified. And they apologize for taking so long, but guaranteed me.My payment would be there that was over a month ago. When I submitted it on march twenty seventh. And so I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and when they responded to my complaint, they lied, trying to say that I have not completed my k. YC when I had already done it. Twice, they are a horrible company to deal with. I would highly suggest nobody ever ever spend their money With this company, if you want a good trustworthy company I highly suggest Crown coins casino, they are the very best in every aspect. Ok I tried to be so nice to customer support .. I redeemed 100 on the 13th of this month .. The same day I redeemed 400 which is in total 500 The same exact day .. I got the 100 last week .. YET MY 400 is still setting in LIMBO in my account .. I have emailed support MANY times .. I WISH I could show you all my email they sent back .. ( It says and I quote ) Your current redemption is set TO PAY from our team so it means it is just waiting to be paid from our side, I really understand your frustration, but we are doing our best to pay all of our users. Thank you!

UM I am a paying player man .. I won fair and square .. I just want my pay out .. I even told them I would play more if I knew I was going to get paid .. My 400 redemption has been setting there since The 13th .. It has been 15 days of setting in LIMBO .. Its so frustrating that They will not just send my money .. There is no excuse .. I have redeemed 100 last week that went right through .. If it is set to pay and you have not paid .. WHY is the question .. I usually give GOOD reviews .. This is very heartbreaking y'all! They have great games .. you win .. but with not being paid out .. MAN .. SMH .. I will update you all when I get paid .. Definitely one of the worst platforms to even try. Their reviews on here are accurate. I won’t even be bothering with customer support. They send emails for promotional prizes and then you have to purchase a package before it even gives it to you, unlike most others where you get small prizes. I wonder if this even qualifies as a sweepstakes since technically there’s no way to play for free. But my advice is just skip over this platform and play others.

Tried to redeem my win on this site and after a month of waiting I was told I needed to provide documents. I provided these documents then had my redeem rejected two more times. Stay far away from this site. Customer service extremely rude and tries to circumvent paying their customers wins at all costs .

They play pirate and hold redemptions after the first. Other reviews share this same claim. The first redemption was done in less that 24 hours and this included KYC verifications. After a week of being told "they are working on it" and "It will be soon" I did some research and It looks like many other people have problems getting redemptions released to them in events almost up to a month or not at all. my first and only successful redemption was sent last month and it was issued and on my debit card within 1 or 2 days. I played 2 weeks later and They only tell me "please be patient" and "there's nothing we (customer service) can do. My $200 redemption has been sittting in "commited" state for 12 days and the doesn't count the 3 day they left it sitting unaccepted.

Awful when it comes to redemption. Their customer service told me it takes 2-3 business days to payout. It's been more than 10 business days. When I reach out for answers I'm told "there's a high volume of redemptions at this time, be patient, and I'll get an email when it's done." They refuse to give me a straight answer or date on when I'll receive it.

Nightmare trying to get a redemption

Getting pretty much the same run around as a lot of others about a redemption that has been pending now for the better part of a week. My account is fully verified, they're just not wanting to pay up. Which if that's truly the case, fine, but shining me on just for sport, that's ate up.

So far I am very pleased with these guys. They emailed me right back when I had questions. They were able to answer any questions I had without issue, and I'm currently waiting on my redemption. I'll do an update to this review whenever I receive my winnings, but as for now I've had a 5 ⭐️ experience with them....

I received my winnings today! I only waited 2 days after providing them with the KYC documentation necessary for payout. My overall experience remains a 5 ⭐️!

I play alot of online slots with tons of different providers. Big shot has decent games with good purchase packages. I think I spent around 20 and cashed out for 100. Saw their trustpilot afterwards and was immediately hesitant. I have been waiting for this 100 dollars since. It's been over a month and their customer support sucks. It'll tell you your up next to speak to an agent only to maybe get a response 9 hours later. And they have no idea what I'm talking about. Tried telling me I haven't been verified when I've been verified 4 times. The last 3 attempts to figure out the status of my redemption has ended with them telling me due to high traffic it's taking them longer than normal and to have patience. It's been over a month. Anyways, they've been a nightmare and I'm losing faith that I'll ever receive the measly 100.(which was all I was allowed to redeem anyways) If I get it I'll update, but I don't think anyone wants to risk their winnings being put in limbo like this. Ok I was definitely skeptical about this site because of all the negative reviews, but one thing about me is I like to be the judge of things myself so I decided to give them a shot. First off, u get some gold coins and 2 sc on signing up. I managed to come up very quickly off the 2 and even got up to 300! I decided to try and cash out to see if the reviews were true. you can only cash out $100 a day not a big deal for me. The verification process was very easy, I did get an email asking for an additional document to verify me. I sent a bank statement. It was all very easy. I believe from the time I put in my redemption to receiving it today, it was 5 days, and I put my redemption in early AM hours. Way faster than Chumba, I waited almost 2 weeks from them and NEVER went back to them after that! Anyways, most sites take awhile when you wait to be verified. And then any redemption after that is faster, so I understand that. Customer service was very quick to respond and were polite and handled things professionally. And the best part I didn't have to make a deposit to get my wins! No money in at all, yet! I will definitely be spending my $ with them. THANKS SO MUCH BIG SHOT GAMES! I thought hey everybody’s saying bad things about the casino but tried it out anyways ended up winning a small little $100 dollars went to redeem email says 24-72 hours but customer support says 4 businesses days. If I do get my money I won’t ever play here again. I don’t like how when you log in it’s like they are basically hassling you to cancel your redemption. Every time I sign in it says you can’t add money because you have a pending redemption but you can always cancel it. I don’t like that support is rude won’t ever play here again!!!!
