I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred between myself and a representative (Shashank) from Bigship courier company. A few days ago, I received a call from Shashank to be from your office requesting a recharge. I gently informed hime that we'll do that than, he individual continued to call me persistently. When I declined the calls, the person resorted to inappropriate behavior and misbehaved with me.
I take this matter very seriously and find such conduct unacceptable. I have screenshots of the calls and messages as proof of the unwanted communication and misbehavior.
I kindly request that this issue be investigated promptly, and appropriate action be taken to address the behavior of your representative. Such unprofessional conduct reflects poorly on the reputation of Bigship courier company.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions taken in response to this complaint. Please feel free to contact me if you require any further information or clarification.

Very poor & bad service ever. If you choose bigship then you will lost your customer & finance too.

Very very bad service in bigship. And their manager team mostly chandan sir is not respond.

No One in their Company reacts... No TAX INVOICE - NO ASSISTANCE. I hv burnt my money. Their Manager Arun Chowdhery, Custome attendee: Shubham & Pranjal - No one responds !!

This is the worst company I have ever seen nobody is ready to settle claim 2times I raised claim 1st they asked for evidence after providing proper evidence they said currier company has rejected the claim my concern is what bigship is doing for his cx. 2 times my product get stolen who is responsible for this bigship Or currier company. I am paying bigship for services not currier company so it's bigship's responsibility to settle claim. I had word with currier company they also told that bigship is rejecting your claim we are third party for you so we can't help on this. Bigship don't want to pay anything to cx only taking money and ready to reject claim. Shiprocket is far better than bigship. Plz guy's don't use bigship for ur business.

Very very bad support team special Gopi, and they have wrongly delivered my 5000rs parcel to a different city and now no one is responding from there team. Total thieves.

After taking weight discrepancy amount also they have made shipment RTO THAT TOO IN THEIR OWN WAREHOUSE

Completely fraud company. They will not say anything about service before you place shipping order after shipping they will say service is not exist at your area try another courier partner whose charges are very high. Bigship is completely fraud and they will not accepting any mistake done by them they will say it’s your mistak only.
You no need to place shipping order you will not to do any thing by yourself. Arti executive is completely fraud

Parcel schedule last 4 days back and nobody will call and not pickup very bad services. i suggest no body use this. I call the customer service executive he told me today pickup done tomorrow today tomorrow also I raise mail to customer service but no proper response from the customer service department.

Le robinet Barka reçu est une plaisanterie. Bigship annonce dans les critères qu'il est pivotant. C'est totalement faut. Il tourne seulement si vous ne le bloqué pas avec la vis de fixation . Non bloqué, il tourne et se déplace dans tous les sens et finit par tomber. En plus, il n'y a pas d'étanchéité. L'eau coule abondamment dans le placard. Pas de nouvelles après 2 appels téléphoniques. Lors du 1er appel on me propose de le renvoyer à mes frais. Pas le temps, je suis obligé de partir avec en vacance sans oublier du mastic, des clefs à molettes et une serpillière.

Produits ne correspondent pas à la description , et personne ne répond au mail....
Pas terrible comme site...
