Sto iniziando a pensare sul serio di cominciare un’indagine approfondita attraverso Guardia dí Finanza e altri enti giudiziari di verifica e controllo delle Truffe e Frodi..
È oramai un po di tempo che tengo sottocchio e in osservazione, come supervisore, l’operato di mia figlia(giovane e haime’ ingenua.. e molto vulnerabile psicologicamente..).. sul vostro sito social oramai stile e sulla falsa riga di “Only Fan” e direi con molta più utenza indegna e perversa..
Io non riesco ancora a spiegarmi, come le ore che mia figlia passa nella vostra piattaforma ogni sacrosanto giorno.. le vengano retribuite a livelli davvero irrisori e pietosamente imbarazzanti.. e allo stesso tempo per poter guadagnare qualcosina in più debba per forza fare dei “Regali” e fantomatiche o sorte di “Donazioni” attraverso bonifici “istantanei” e pagamenti “Apple. com/bill” etc. O con PayPal a certi soggetti con nominativi fittizi.. che per privacy non inserisco, ma di certo farò avere alle forze dell’ordine preposte per le indagini etc.
Dicevo facendo un esempio..: a mia figlia le vengono accreditate ad ogni mese cifre che vanno dal scarso 100naio di € se non di meno ad un massimo di 700/800€ nonostante intere serate e nottate fatte da minimo 3/4 ore al giorno ad oltre 6/7 ore.. e poi dover essere costretta a fare regali e donazioni sospette, di oltre ciò che realmente guadagna.. andando a realizzare, che effettivamente è più quello che ci sta perdendo, in ore di impegno e tempo dedicato e “perso” e di soldi che praticamente rida’ indietro.. che ciò che le viene accreditato al 5 di ogni mese..
Oramai sono già da una decina di mesi, che sto monitorando tutte queste operazioni sospette, di guadagno effettivo fatto dagli accreditati di Bigo sul conto di mia figlia al 5 del mese.. e di ciò che poi in una serie infinita fatta di piccoli o grandi pagamenti, nell’ordine di una media di almeno 4/5 al giorno che variano da piccole somme di circa 1,99€ o 7€ etc attraverso “Apple. com/bill” o “Apple. com/bill Cork” a cifre che superano anche le 20/30€ e in più Bonifici sospetti fatti in metodo istantaneo a nominativi di dubbia provenienza e fittizi, che palesemente celano la certezza che l’operazione fatta istantaneamente possa non avere i controlli di sicurezza adeguati.. e quindi passare inosservate e incontrollabili ad una valutazione di Truffa/Frode..
Praticamente, alla fine si fanno semplici conti di somme e sottrazioni, tra ciò che gli viene accreditato al 5 del mese e ciò che lei Bonifica istantaneamente a ignoti e Paga attraverso metodi Apple e PayPal.. scoprendo puntualmente che alla fine sono più i Soldi che ipoteticamente Dona o Regala a persone o utenti di Bigo..( tra cui sospetti collaboratori e agenti o capo etc di Bigo..) che quelli che effettivamente ricava in guadagni.. cioè, in proporzione ne riceve 1 e ne da’ 2, praticamente ci rimette il doppio..
mi dico che senso ha? Cosa significa questo giro strano di operazioni di pagamento e bonifici che vengono spacciati per regali e donazioni? Ma per poi ritrovarsi con una figlia giovane ed ingenua che sprofonda gradualmente in depressione e problemi esistenziali psichiatrici? Ma davvero pensate di portare avanti ancora tutta questa situazione cercando di passare inosservati?
Ebbene, vi comunico che sto raccogliendo tutto il necessario possibile.. e le prove del caso, che questo vostro gioco di far credere a chi si illude di lavorare con voi e per voi.. ci guadagni qualcosa e che invece attraverso questa vostra metodologia di ricambiare in regali e donazioni, in effetti è solo un classico “Trucco” di “Frode” e “Truffa”!
E quando avrò il necessario possibile sia nelle operazioni bancarie e dí pagamenti vari e soprattutto delle chat e conversazioni che mia figlia ha con voi e con il resto del “Mondo Bigo”.. vedrete che la Guardia di Finanza saprà come gestire e cosa fare..
Iniziate a guardarvi bene alla spalle! perché fra non molto, tutto questo mondo di Simil Frodi e Truffa legalizzata verrà pian piano al pettine e spero che Giustizia sia Fatta! E pagherete tutto ciò che avete RUBATO!

BIGO is an entertaining app however they seriously need to invest in screening and monitoring of the hosts especially in live feeds or streams. I’ve lost count of the amount of hosts I’ve reported for breaking the app’s T&C’s pertaining to adult content and explicit content which by the way is heavily scrutinised by the card schemes and acquirers.

The reporting function works however it is mediocre at best and not always accurate. I assume AI screening is being used which is fair play however if bans are not being enforced properly or as part of a tiered system or mechanism then the offence or host which is 99% being reported for explicit content during a live stream isn’t being tackled properly and needs to be dealt with.

The hosts are often abusive or simply kick you out of the room for no reason and continuously begging for tokens, gifts or beans.

I have sent your feedback team an email explaining comprehensively what I have encountered over the past weeks and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Well I used bigo live a few years back and I liked the live streaming I use to drive around in snow storms or on roadtrips through rocky mtns and with the exception of the cost of data pkgs back then it always worked fine.i was using old iPhone 6s had no issues then I quit using the app,now last year I upgrade my phone for new LTE over voice system we switched to in Canada so I got bigo app again on new phone and it was ridiculous everytime I leave house and switch from wifi to data nothing but non stop warnings dropping connection no conection constantly ,checked all phone settings had guy at my system provider check my phone then they checked their system signal strength everything perfect I put tickets in to bigo support ask what's wrong with their app they had no answers so I scrapped the app only reason I used it was for live streaming roadtrips and stuff and apps useless for that now because it just seemed to refuse to work and stay connected when using data ,works fine on wifi at home but doesn't help when can't connect 20 feet outa the driveway.

The BIGO app banned my page for porn which I would never post! They muted me from chatting and now charges accounts just to chat! I will gladly be using other platforms that are LEGAL!
I would never purchase an SVIP account just to be unblocked! They should be banned due to being fraudulent and attempting to take money for no reason!

I have been on Bigo Live for over seven years now, and in that time I have met so many genuine, good people on this platform. I won’t name anyone here because I keep all my contacts and friends private and safe — that’s how we like to operate. You do meet all kinds here, but once you take your time, learn the app properly, and get to know the right people, it’s honestly one of the best places to be.

I can see clearly that Bigo is sorting out so much — cleaning things up, making rules stricter, and working hard to turn this into a safer place for everyone. From what we’ve seen as Mr S & The Hidden Hands, Bigo is easily one of the safest platforms available right now. We have used many others over the years, and Bigo Live is miles ahead — better run, better support, and much cleaner than the rest.

Just to be clear: the rules state you must be 18+ to join. If anyone under that age downloads or uses the app, they are the ones breaking the rules — and Bigo will ban those accounts straight away as soon as they find them. I’ve also heard through the network and from hosts directly that Bigo is bringing in full ID checks soon — you’ll need to verify with a passport or driving licence to use it properly. That’s a huge step forward and will make it even safer for everyone.

One bit of advice from us: there are some bad agencies and bad hosts out there — about 1% bad, 99% good — it’s just about taking your time to find the right agency that will actually look after you and help you grow. Stick to the official, trusted ones, and you’ll be fine.

And remember — if you ever have an issue or see something wrong: email them , send them clear screenshots or recordings as evidence, and the admin team will get back to you and sort it out properly.

Agency Owners Beware: Broken AI Moderation and Technical "Ghost Bans"

I am an official Agency Owner on Bigo, and the current state of their moderation is an absolute disaster for business partners. I have been hit with a 1 year Private Message ban for "Verbal Abuse-Slight" a completely false AI judgment.

​The worst part? It’s a technical glitch. When I check the "Appeal" status or talk to admins, the system officially says "No ban now." Yet, the PM function remains hard locked on every device. This "Ghost Ban" makes it impossible to manage my hosts or handle recruitment, causing massive revenue loss for my agency.
​Bigo’s reliance on "trigger-happy" AI is destroying the agency ecosystem. Instead of supporting the partners who bring them revenue, they allow broken bots to ban legitimate accounts for "silly" reasons that don't even exist. Support is a loop of automated responses with no human accountability. If you are an agency owner, be prepared for Bigo to sabotage your work with zero notice and zero help.

And if you contact feedback @ bigo.tv, you'll get automatic bot responses, and nobody is going to help you. I've sent out 10 emails to this address and always received the same standard bot answer.

It's one of the useless platform for anyone to use they banned straight away because I show my son with me .. when my son it's with me .. that's why everyone say tiktok is the best platforms for everyone. As so for everyone connected to all family and friends.. I wouldn't recommend a bigo as they are fraud and fake .

I was only on this site for 40 minutes and in the space of 40 minutes? I was confronted by a very pushy swedish sex trafficker who tried to pressure me into signing up to an escort site, threw verbal abuse at me when I wouldn't bite.

Then there is the Nigerian scammers, my god!!! the scammers are rampant on this platform!!! Met a busty raven-haired 20 something lass from Bradford, but had America on their profile.
Just had to use the magic word.. "Alaye" and that Beautiful 20 something raven haired beauty became a Nigerian scammer talking to me in scammer code in 20 seconds flat, reported them to BIGO but what's the point??

Matchs are miles outside your parameters and they're the same beautiful women but with different names and locations.

This app needs to be banned!! It exposes kids to adult content and it has no safety measures to protect you from fraud at all!!!

The company does not want to improve,unless you mean improve on deception,. It's doing exactly what it wants to do. If you're willing to close a blind eye to the corruption, don't mind effen your supporters over, And doing exactly what you're told you will think bigo is the perfect app. What they seek here are humane bots. It's common to see someone unseen to type exactly what they want the hosts to say and the hosts say as if her own words. They all listen to the same music, do the same dances, say the same things etc. When a new saying comes out you'll hear it once and be like,"Cool". But within 24 hrs hosts from all over the world are saying it and you think 'wow,creepy" And the creepiness grows and grows on this app as the puppet masters become more clear. This was their reply. They should not be allowed to say these things because they are lies. I reported over 100 times that my privacy off the bigo app was being recorded, broadcasted,sold, the money is given to BIGO hosts who then give it to their agents who are also the ones illegally broadcasting me.
I told bigo what' was going on, who was doing it and how, told them some of the HOSTS getting the money' and The name of the agent. Owen Thor Walker has been illegally broadcasting me for seven yrs. He gave access to my Privacy to All or nearly all bigo hosts. I have had bigo hosts go into my bank account and freeze it, sell my private pics and home address, even tell me what I ate and how many times I went to the bathroom while in my house by myself. Daily listen to them talk about my illegal broadcast during their lives. Yet bigo claims it knows nothing about it. And yet someone threatened BIGO hosts with a ban if they talk About my illegal broadcast. Who besides BIGO can ban BIGO HOSTS?.
They have not investigate a single thing. I can show anyone who wants to see these messagesj. Everything they say here is 100%lies

My account (ID: star3pink) was hit with a 10-year ban for an alleged “underage” violation, even after I submitted valid ID proving I am not underage.

Customer support keeps denying my appeal with generic responses and refuses to explain what I supposedly did, when it happened, or what evidence was found in their investigation.

It’s unfair how consumers are treated being banned without any real explanation is not okay. Saying “underage” without giving details about the incident is unacceptable, especially when proof of age has been provided.

This needs a proper review and transparency.
