Big Motoring World Warrington. Four weeks ago bought my car from them. The worst experience in my life:
-online valuation from they web was a joke its ay 1800-2200 pound depend of condition. My car condition was ok but they in branch offer me only 1000.
-they do everything to sell you many extras, if you don't want to buy them somehow car finance go sky high.
-don't tell you anything about lack of GAP insurance as they don't sell it and how that can effect you and you extras.
-very misleading, hiding fact team.
I felt like I was in trap and my all extras and finance was mis sold.
Got car accident 4 weeks after I bought car, car was total loss (other driver fault) and Big World Motoring refuse to any refund even for 12 months RAC extended warranty what the sold me. They absolutely bad place to be. As a person with depression this type of force buy and misleading, rush sell was beyond me.
I'm now left without car with extras worth around 2500 what they try to avoid refund.
So please do yourself favor and stay away from this terrible place.

Really helpful member of the team showing me around the two vehicles I came to look at. Layed out all the options of warrenty, Protection without feeling pressed to buy. Collection on Monday with Hayley was very quick and informative. Helpful to download the app and show me where all the warranty info was. Directions to post office to tax the car was helpful too

Called in to Big Motoring World to just take a look at a car I'd seen online. Didn't realise how big the place was. Very professional staff throughout the place and extremely busy with customers which proves its a popular business.
Anyway, Alex the sales guy was great and within about an hour I'd test driven and agreed to purchase Incl part ex and a 2 year RAC warranty thrown in. Picked the car up the next day. Very happy 😁

1) We made an appointment to view a car. Arrived shortly after appointment time after travelling from Leeds. Was 40 minutes before we were seen and that was after we complained to the receptionist.
2) The handover person (Stephanie) said she would e.mail the service history. We received a document with headings and no service history.
3) We were told the car will have had a 200 point check to make sure everything was okay.
4) On checking the car at home there was a long blonde hair behind the drivers seat and oddly a paint brush between the drivers seat and centre console. The windows appear to have been cleaned with a dirty cloth. The screenwash reservoir was pretty much empty.

In respect of item 1 the sales person Max and his colleague were very apologetic throughout our visit. They explained it was a new outlet to B.M.W. and they were short staffed and process of recruiting.
Regarding 2 and 3 I have contacted Big Motoring World since we bought the car and asked them to provide both the service history and a copy of the 200 point check. They can provide neither as the car was brought into their outlet as 'ready for sale' So unless that information is provided to them at that point they don't have a record of the provenance of the vehicle. This in my view is risky. They have provided though a template version of the 200 point check.
The main thing to be aware of and where you need to exercise caution is that what you see advertised isn't necessarily the actual spec for the car. In our case the model said it had heated seats and door mirrors which it doesn't.
They rely on the small print saying its up to customers to check.

The positives - once seen Max and his colleague were amiable throughout.
They have a good range of vehicles. We were able to view two similar cars on our visit.
They have responded to my enquiries quickly (annoyingly A.I. generated) and have apologised that the outcome wasn't what I was expecting.
The car has been good to drive and no issues beyond possibly an issue with the air con.
Overall, I wouldn't say don't use B.M.W. we have found they have a large stock at both BMW in Leeds and Warrington. Just be mindful that they probably have a turnaround target for selling cars in days and this can impact on quality. Particularly CHECK THE SPEC OF THE VEHICLE ADVERTISED.

Came to look at a car today and had Liam as our sales agent, Liam was fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly, but most of all listened to what my needs where, Liam came with us on a test drive and his relaxed chatty character, made any awkwardness I felt about driving a new car go. For me just for Liam alone Big Motoring World Warrington is a 5 star, I hope this review gets to him. The actual dealership is comfortable and they have many cars on display.

I won’t even give Big Motoring World one star , the overall customer service has been very disappointing.

We bought two cars nearly two months ago, and it took almost 3–4 weeks to sort out all the finance paperwork. Communication throughout the process was poor, and customer service was lacking.

To make matters worse, we’ve now been waiting nearly four weeks for the return of our £100 deposit. Despite chasing it up, several times through emails & calls. there has been no sense of urgency. The finance department’s staff seem completely unconcerned about providing good customer service.

Based on our experience, the after-sales service has been frustrating and disappointing. Won’t be buying any cars from them in future . FCA should investigate them for not refunding customers refunds on time!

The purchase of my car went so fast, just 3 days.

There is vast selection of vehicles on the website and I was able to create a short list before arriving at Warrington. However, the assistance I received from Chris allowed me to find the most suitable vehicle for me. The administration throughout the process was smooth and this was concluded with the help and support from Elise. Overall a very positive experience.

Everything went smoothly and all sales team were happy to help. Massive shout out to Gab he went above and beyond to sort a few things out for us and put our minds at rest. We were welcomed with drinks and were allowed to browse the car at our own pace. Not pushed into a sale and not rushed around bearing in mind we arrived at 2pm on a Saturday. Picked the car up today with everything we wanted doing to it done and old car taken in p/x. Thanks again.

The length of time for collecting was too long took over 2 hours
I had to go to a post office to tax to pay the £25 plus tax because the car had been disabled and I hadn’t been told that before hand when car was ordered.
I was offered a certain amount for part ex my car but because I refused the warranty they knocked £1500 off what they would give me which I found ridiculous so didn’t partx with you and got more somewhere else.
I felt my original sales guy was far too pushy with the warranty and added extras just because I was an older lady telling me I needed them

I purchased a KIA Niro EV from the Warrington site in May which unfortunately did not have any service record documentation and therefore was sold as having no Manufacturers warranty. The price of the vehicle reflected this and the purchase was completed.
This morning, nearly two months since buying the car, I received the original Service book which Big Motoring World had found and sent to me.
What brilliant after sales service! Thank you.

Really poor sold me a car with faults, brakes stuck on at handover, mirror broken on handover, got home car jumped out of park into neutral, could not get back into park, these faults happen daily i have rang and rang, still not rang back, selling a car with safety issues is disgraceful, took back twice, couldn’t fix then handed over to warranty company, head office dealing with rejection, rang every day for 4 days still waiting on review from rejections, still not called me back, steer well clear wouldn’t recommend at any cost

I travelled from NI to Warrington to purchase a car that I just couldn’t source at home . Great choice of cars & prices! I was looked after well by Rick in sales & Alex in finance department. Lovely friendly staff from welcome desk to everyone in the branch I chatted throughout my visit/ thanks I love my new car!

Great experience from beginning to end. AJ was amazing and patient with me and my family. Alex was fantastic towards the latter part of sale and collection.

Chris was helpful throughout the entire process. We came in looking for a specific car and left with a better option with the help of Chris.

Great professional staff right from the word go from being greeted by the welcoming receptionists to driving the car away.

The process is pretty slick and very compliant ( speaking as a Compliance Manager)

I originally saw a car online I liked the look of, rang up got through to the call centre, reserved the car easily and booked a test drive for the next day. On the day I test drove the Dacia Logan and went on to buy it a few hours later around two weeks ago, all in all I'm happy with the price I paid and the service I received. The car salesman was called Rick. He was a nice fella wasn't pushy at all and helped me go for a test drive and after a few hours I drove away with the car I wanted at a good price for a good part exchange with a 3 year Rac warranty. Just yesterday I received the service history and spare key in the post which I'm happy about as I didn't need to chase. As these were stored at a different site due to the car being fresh in. In the future I would use big motoring world again.

Was suprisingly hastle free. Walked in on a very busy sunday with no appointment, went round looking at the cars, found a car and drove out with it a few days later (due to work commitments etc). Staff were very polite, had a male around my age who was really into his cars and helped me with all the finance options etc, even let me floor it on the test drive! then had another younger lad who was again very polite finalise the deal with me. Walked in a few days later as i had to delay pickup for work commitment, spent 30 mins with someone going through all the documents who was lovely, then drove off. Only issue i could say was that when wed finished talking to staff about the deals we had to wait a while to actually get through with the payment side of things, which was expected as it was busy. Service was great, constantly offered drinks and snacks etc, staff werent too serious (knew how to have a laugh and a joke), and warranty explained well. They obviously explained what different warranties covered etc, but didnt push me to buy any of them 0 neither did they push me to buy anything else ie paint protection coating. overall great experience. Would be 5/5 but only reducing as it was absolutely rammed.

I liked the range of cars available for viewing. It felt like the salesman wanted to know your top end budget then went for that rather than being informed and getting you value for money. pushy with the warrenty extension add on. id say overall service has been below average but product was good. poor at providing the digit code for warrenty app. the car wasnt properly valleted i found a note offering james a mcdonalds. high refundable holding fee for no v5- understandable, id order another before buying to save cost in future.
