I have used Bigfoot digital for around 3 years and have been happy from the start . They do what they say they would do and helped my business. Chade is my main contact and always willing to help . Thanks .
SCAM, AVOID. This company BIGFOOT DIGITAL - agreed to do SEO work, promising to improve search engine rankings.
In fact, all they actually did was repeating onsite work that had already been done by yet another of these SEO companies.
They insisted it was 'different' to what had been done before. Basically rewriting a few things and charging 000's.
There was absolutely no increase in website rankings, in fact, our website started to sink lower down the rankings after our dealings with them - they may have done a lot of spam links.
My young daughter sadly passed away and so I told them that I wouldn't be working for a while, as I was grieving and unable to work and that I would not need anymore more done from them. I didn't have the energy to argue with them about lack of results. They seemed sympathetic and agreed via email not to continue.
Then, 18 months later, I start getting HARASSED daily by a debt collection agency. Phone calls, texts, emails, all day and night from these people insisting I pay them £1600 for work I asked them not to do. I refer them back to their 'sympathy' email and they admitted that this is what was agreed.
Still, they continue, different phone numbers harassing me constantly, threats - now in the middle of the Coronavirus with my business shut down and about to go bust, still, they want to scam people. No words to describe how utterly despicable these people are.
I would highly advise not to deal with this company - they are shameful beyond belief. Greedy, unethical scam artists who will hunt you down for payment even though you did not request their work. I shall see them in court.

We are very disappointed to receive your unjust review. We began working with your company, as agreed in writing, in August 2018 for a period of 3 months until you made us aware of the very sad situation that your daughter had passed away.
At that point we of course agreed to cease work immediately and as a good will gesture and with sympathy under the circumstances we agreed to waive your 2 month notice period and this has never been invoiced.
After a significant grace period we then politely got in touch to ask for payment for the previously agreed work that HAD been carried out prior to you informing us of your reasons to cancel the campaign.
We unfortunately had NO reply from you to a small number of polite emails requesting payment.
As a business with our own financial obligations we have to follow up on unpaid invoices no matter what the extenuating circumstances are. We made a fair agreement with you upon termination to waiver your notice period and have only followed up on the payments due for work completed PRIOR to your circumstances changing.
We have a vast range of very successful digital marketing campaigns and had the campaign progressed as normal within the recommended timescales we have no doubt that yours would have also been success.
