I recently purchased dip powders and a top coat, base coat, and activator. The activator arrived broken and soaked all my package.
I inquired about a new bottle or coverage to get a new one. They gave me a credit but for the cost of the bottle only and not for the shipping mentioning I did not purchase the shipping insurance. When I asked, they again stated the shipping insurance that I did not purchase and because of that this one time would not cover it. A good company would cover this and additionally make me aware of the shipping insurance for next time.

Terrible customer service. Have emailed 3 times now to let them know that they shipped the wrong colour. I ordered red and received black. No response....and no way to contact them other than email to which they never respond. My next call is to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Sad to see almost every response to a negative review on this site is a cut and paste job. Why bother responding at all if that is how you do it. Wish I had done more research before ordering through this company.

Very nice experience with this company. A wide variety of brand polishes and colors at a reasonable price! Can’t beat it. Will continue to order from this company.

I thought a limited edition polish had been sold out but Beyond came to the rescue! I'm beyond impressed with this business. Their selection of brands of polish tell me they know quality. The site is super user friendly. I even received a personal email welcoming me to the site and thanking me for my purchase. Also, it wasn't an email blast/robot, an actual company rep reached out and I was able to respond. This is a big deal to me. In a world where I'm treated like a number, they treated me as a valued customer. Bonus, I got a discount and my package was delivered in 3 days. A++ guys!

Placed an order, I then emailed right after to make an adjustment or have my order cancelled so I could place the order again. They didn't reply for an entire week and waited until I had received the order to say "it has been delivered to your place".

Worst experience I've had maybe ever with a company, and I regret ever using them. Definitely will not go near them again. I would recommend staying away!

Beware: I received my order from Beyond Polish on 5/10/21 and I believe the CND Shellac I received is counterfeit. I have never seen genuine CND Shellac without etched batch codes on the bottom, and yet neither the bottle of Museum Meet Cute nor the bottle of Rooftop Hop that I received have etched batch codes. Instead, both have batch codes printed on stickers that were then placed on the bottom of the bottles. In addition, the batch codes on the product I received (both on the stickers and the boxes) are the same for both colors; My understanding is that genuine CND Shellac does not use the same batch code for two different colors. When I notified Beyond Polish, their response was to just insist that they only sell genuine products and to say that I can return the products according to their return policy (which only offers store credit, not a refund, and makes the customer pay for return shipping). When I told them that that wasn’t OK, they stopped replying. Super disappointed with Beyond Polish and absolutely do not recommend them.

I was about to place an order but decided to research. I believe is Totally a scam. Their fb page has no reviews or likes and they have not had a good review since they started a year ago. I don’t know about the American site but the Canadian one is fishy as hell.

I placed an order on March 2 and received a text confirmation (I prefer email). The shipping confirmation advised an expected delivery date of March 5. On the 5th when I checked the tracking info, I was advised that the package had been delivered to the Community Mailbox on the 3rd of March. I did not receive the parcel despite checking for mail every single day. I texted the Customer Service Dept. at Beyond Polish twice asking how the situation would be remedied and no one has responded. I did take the delivery insurance........but am not sure how the company handles missing deliveries. This is my first experience ordering from them and it has been disappointing to neither receive my order and also to be unable to reach someone that could assist me.

March 21/ 2021 Update: Since reporting this parcel missing I have had some unhelpful communication with Lisa, the Customer Service person at Beyond Polish. She advised that I needed a police report to apply for the delivery insurance, also that I needed to be the person making the application for the recovery of either the money or the replacement merchandise. All in all, their suggested procedure was totally unsatisfactory and very lacking in customer service. After several days I finally threw in the towel and went to the Conflict Resolution Department of my credit card company. I sent them copies of my email messages and the responses from Beyond Polish and they immediately credited me the amount spent on this purchase. The unwillingness to 1) resolve the issue 2) provide friendly customer service 3) replace the missing items 4) follow through with their insurance provider to recover the merchandise ; was perhaps one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any merchant whether on line or bricks and mortar. I suggest anyone needing polish or other similar products look at other on line sites. I am still reeling from their lack of response and lack of responsibility.

Just tried to make a Purchase with a coupon email from their company that was not working and I had to spend way too much time trying to get customer service to take care of it and they did not handle even handle it after the unexpected hassle it was for their websites technical difficulty. Also emailed the corporate and customer service I’ll contact directly to communicate the above information and no follow up so I am just am going to go elsewhere for my business and would recommend the same. Also prices are inexpensive but shipping is high, discounts are not straightforward and rewards program 👎.

The prices were good and I think it took a day or two to get to me! They even sent me an email thanking me for my business a day after placing my order. I’m very impressed and will continue to shop from them when it comes to mail color! Awesome company and really great customer service!

I love beyond polish. Great prices, fast delivery and my order is always correct. I appreciate the time they take to wrap everything carefully. I am always so excited to get my packages from them bc I know everything is going to be perfect.

I've been ordering from Beyond Polish and Sleek Nail since June of 2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Nail salons were closed, so I decided to order nail polish and gel color to do my nails.

First thing first, we are all entitled to our opinions of different companies. My first order was with BP, so I didn't receive it and was given a full refund for the order. I usually order from Sleek Nail because they have free shipping with no minimum. I've placed several orders with them thus far.

Sleek Nail always gets my orders to me. They are packaged well. I placed an order with Beyond Polish for gel color a month ago and the products were sealed and wrapped well.

The customer service is excellent. I can reach them by DM or by email and they respond quickly. One of my packages did go missing so I was sent a replacement and it came in perfect condition. I recommend these two companies to anyone who is a nail art enthusiast.

Again, they ship via USPS. Good customer service. Good prices and they have discounts most of the time. You won't be disappointed. Also, they don't refund any more due to the nature of their products but they do send replacements or store credit.

My only gripe is they don't offer too many gel color in the brand Kiara Sky and OPI gel color is pretty pricey on the sites. I would like to see Madam Glam sold on these websites as well. Please try to carry more from Kiara Sky, your collection is limited and I have to order from their site that takes forever to ship. BP and SN usually ship out the same day or the next day and provides a valid tracking number. I've usually received my packages sooner than expected.

I will ALWAYS continue shopping here. I am not an employee or an affiliate with these websites. This is an honest review. The good customer service I've received is why I would remain a loyal customer.

Due to Covid, I have been doing my own nails and turns out I enjoy doing them myself more than having them done. Beyond Polish is a good company with fast shipping, good prices and the customer service has been great. I have put in 4 orders and my total on their site is $350 spent to date. My first order placed ended up having a polish out of stock after I purchased so they refunded me and I contacted them asking for a replacement before my order shipped as I needed a base coat to do my nails and didn't want to pay shipping again. The company issued me a free shipping code because my order had already processed and went for shipping. Another time I ordered approximately 15 colors, one of the colors wasn't right, the polish was gooey, I called Customer service and took photos and emailed in, within a day I received a reply and they shipped a new bottle out which arrived a couple days later. Overall I feel like they take care of customers, they are open normal business hours so if you order or need them nights or weekends you can leave a message online and they will respond when they return. My only hiccup is I receive points base don purchases which amount to a certain dollar amount off based on the order total. I have close to 900 points and have not been able to use them. You cannot combine with any other offer - which recently they offer free shipping sales on $35-45 orders and you can't use points with free shipping, usually my orders are large enough I qualify for free shipping even without a sale. Its frustrating not to be able to use a $30/$100 purchase because I ordered $100 order and I am getting free shipping... other than that the customer service has been helpful, colors are nice, prices are comparable with other online nail retailers. My shipping is always quick. Usually from order time to my door is 5 days.

This company is sketchy. Bought two bottles of nail polish that were released several years ago and aren't in stock anywhere else. This should have been my first warning that something wasn't right. Paid $8 in shipping fees. I received a shipping confirmation and a tracking number the day after I placed the order. The tracking number said that the package was pending accepting at USPS and did not update after that. After 10 days of the package not being accepted by USPS, I contacted Customer Service to notify them. They said that USPS is known not to track packages up until the date of delivery and that I should wait 8 more business days. In my experience USPS is very reliable but the tracking number stated that my package was not actually dropped off or accepted by the station. I waited. After 3 weeks, I still did not receive my order and the tracking number hadn't updated so I contacted CS again. They refused to give me a refund but instead offered me a store credit and refused to reimburse my shipping fees. I said I didn't want store credit because I didn't want to take the risk of not receiving my order again. I also asked that they reimburse my shipping fees because it's not the customer's fault that the package was never shipped or lost. CS gave a pathetic excuse that their company policy states you have to buy insurance or you're liable for a package that is lost or stolen! So they wanted me to lose $8 and then use their store credit to buy from them again and pay another $8 in shipping fees?! Also, I'm pretty sure the company is liable for the package up until it is delivered and most shipping fees (especially with USPS) already have insurance up to $100 covered in the price. This company is not thinking in the longterm with their awful customer service and scammy business model. Will never buy from them again. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I just placed an order with this company yesterday. It was for a gift card for my sister for Christmas. It has been 24 hours and I have not received a confirmation email with an order number. They didn't even ask me for a shipping address or shipping method (never said it was an e-gift card either) I have a bad feeling that I just wasted $100. I should have just gone with Amazon. At least I know that company is legit & I would have had the order before Christmas. Im going to dispute the charge through paypal

I love Beyond Polish. They have all the polishes and have fast delivery. I cannot say enough about them as they are fantastic!
