When i noticed all those bad revieuws it made me a bit nervous. When one of the items was not available i had imediatly my money back for that item. On the same day! Today my package arrived. The clothes fit perfectly they look exactly as the pictures. Only reason i didnt give 5 stars was because of the shipment problems. It did take 1 month to arrive because of issues with the shipment. But they informed me about it over the package tracking link. The moments i contacted them they answered me within a day! A bit longer over the weekend. Thats why i needed to make a review worth my experience. thanks beyondking for the beautiful dress and cloak that I am going to wear proudly at Elfia over 2 weeks.

I have not purchased from this company but they have stolen the designs/ photos of at least 5 independent designers/ small businesses. Everyone please report this “business” to your government scam watch agency.

They are changing their name regularly, ship poorly made products, misrepresented products, badly made products. Are not refunding me for the items I want to return and keep sending bogus emails offering me a $9USD refund. Bloody hopeless!!! Buyer beware!!!!!

Be careful they are still changing the names of the company. Changing every couple of days. I am wondering why they are still open. Where is the police to close this company😡😡😡😡

I found them on Facebook. Their ad looked so good, so I ordered 4 items (maxi skirt, leggings, dress, leg warmers). But I noticed that they hide the faces of models on their ad, and that worried me. So I researched about them and came across this review. I quickly tried to cancel my order, but they replied 2 days later, and said it was shipped. I tried to ring them on the phone, but no one picks up.
I received the parcel yesterday. They are all shockingly bad quality. It literally print the pattern on the fabric and sew to make a clothe. Nothing like the photos. I wish I can upload the picture here to show how bad they are! I don’t even want to give them one star. They deserve ZERO star!

Would love to give 0 stars.... over a 100 emails to the company asking to cancel order they ignored me... ordered in March revived end of July... I am most mad at how the company handles there costumer service... I feel like they totally ignore you... I am so upset with this stupid company I really pray we all get some justice... they can’t take advantage of ppl like they are doing!!!

I ordered 5 items and they´re all awful. On the website, the clothes look so cool! In reality, they´re nothing like it. Cheap and nasty material, different colours, sizes completely off. NOT happy about this at all. This company is scam!

I guess you have to give at least one star in order to comment. I am an attorney. This business is totally fraudulent. The products that are advertised are NOT the bill of goods being sold. FB should ban them from using their website. Do not order from them.

I agree with all the other bad reviews and I really wish I hadn't fallen for the ads. Does anyone know a good store to shop at instead of them?

I genuinely don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. I ordered 3 things and they showed up EXACTLY as pictured, and they feel great. They’re all pretty decent quality. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it did take 2 months to receive.

Same as everyone else here. This place is a scam. Contact PayPal for a refund right away.

Scam site! Items are completely different than the pictures altogether. 2 items were missing. Iv tried contacting them but they just keep asking me to consider keeping the items and wear them. They’ve offered a $5 gift card which is a joke and still ignore the 2 items that didn’t arrive. I sent them pictures of each item next to the advertised picture to show how different they are and grey gave just said ‘well it’s similar colour’. You can’t make comments online or leave a review. Iv flagged their page to Facebook but not sure if that will do anything. I will be contacting PayPal today to get a refund.

Absolutely disgusting company who sell crap clothes what a scam just received my so called clothes I ordered which not one piece is wearable so angry. They take someone’s hard earned money to give out absolute garbage. Thanks so very much. 😡

I only clicked one star because I couldn’t make it zero. Guys - we’re all being scammed by these fraudulent a**Holes- what can we do about it? Get them blocked from Instagram? I can’t handle the fact that they’re getting away with it and will continue to do so.

I wish I had read the reviews. I was so clearly scammed by the Instagram ad. I saw the Ad in the beginning of the Corona Lock Down in the middle/end of March. The Instagram ad said something that made me feel excited and sympathetic to the business. It said something like 'Sadly, due to the Pandemic, it simple is not really possible to continue producing Sustainable Quality Sourced clothing. Hopefully when we get through this we will come back better than ever! Until then we are offering clear out mark downs over 50% on the entire site!" I was sympathetic to the cause and the clothes looked REALLY nice in all the pictures. I spent nearly $300. 2 months later I received 3 of 8 (or so) items that are by far the lowest quality pieces of clothing I have ever purchased. The tracking showed up after a month and showed the packaging coming right from China, then mailed to someone in California, and finally to me. These items look NOTHING like the pictures. The pictures are most certainly NOT images taken of the real items. Even from inside the plastic it is instantly apparent the items are not remotely to the quality of the clothing in the pictures. I did not even care about the other 6 items for which I had spent several hours carefully selecting way back in March. Last week I received a 2nd package, (another 2 more months-PLUS! later). IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED.. Since the original IG ad, Instagram has advertised other clothing sites with the same exact pictures so I assume someone is making a hell of a lot of money being a middle man hosting pre-made replicated merchandise websites anyone can buy up and stick their own domain on the page for a percentage of the profit and call it their own company without actually having to buy any inventory what so ever. Genius for the middle man I must say. Anyway, at the end of the day, consequential karma gets handed off to the number of scam artist's living among us thinking this pathetically fraudulent excuse for a business helps them stand taller at dinner parties calling themselves a "Business Owner". Such unscrupulous means of doing business will never truly lead to gains of real worth.

This is the most terrible online shopping experience EVER! Like others terribly long wait, terrible items of terrible quality and when I asked for a refund they refuse and keep telling me to give the items to a friend and accept a $5 credit. Complete SCAM. Do not ever buy form this site!!

Very poor quality. I had to throw out half my order. Awful. $40 moth cape...oh man...TERRIBLE. CHEAP. Maybe, you would find in dollar general store. 😆 NOT natural materials. More like naturally CHEAP. STAY AWAY. The clothing smells. Some sort of chemical stench. Bad headache.

Les articles ne correspondent absoluement pas, que ce soit par rapport aux tailles et vis à vis des photos. J'avais commandé 2 robes. La 1ere je l'avais demandé prune je l'ai reçu turquoise. Et lorsque j'ai contacté le site pour soit me la faire échanger soit rembourser ils n'ont pas répondu à ma demande. Quant à la seconde qui n'était pas doublée contrairement aux indications du site ce qui est très moche (on voit l'envers du tissu). Pour avoir dépenser 70€ je suis très déçue et enervee du service client.
À éviter à tout prix !
