Great coverage for GFI's
Love the user-friendly site & chart with comparisons to other coverage companies. Easy to sign up. Hope I never need customer service or claims, but am so relieved to have the insurance.

As an adult I know when to renew my policy!
When my insurance is due to renew, I can definitely say that I DON'T need your company to text and call and leave voicemail reminders every week for a month prior!
Besides this very irritating issue, I have no problems with your service.

Great customer service
Great customer service! First of all, a live representative answered their phone and spoke with me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Selecting options was easy and straightforward. I can appreciate and I am very pleased with the entire process and transaction.

I goofed when I was renewing the…
I goofed when I was renewing the insurance I have had for years. I ended up with 2 accounts and 2 wonderful customer service women helped me and merged the 2 accounts with all the proper data and printouts for the places in which I teach. They stuck with it until they figured it out. It was awesome.

I've used beYogi insurance for years
I've used beYogi insurance for years. It's always been easy to renew, and when I had to add an additional insured in the middle of a policy, getting in touch with someone was very quick.
Thankfully I've never needed to file a claim on the policy, so I can't speak to that quality and this review is based on their customer service and ease of signing up and renewing.

Luckily, my only experience with B Yogi is applying and getting the insurance however it was such an easy and quick process and I’m so grateful to be insured!
