High Quality House Builder
I've worked alongside Bewley for nearly 30 years and am as impressed now as I have always been. A great technical and land team, as well as the senior management. It's been fantastic to be part of their growth and to see them establish themselves as a market-leading, quality house builder

Supporting the next generation of construction workers
I really appreciate Bewley Homes for engaging with the local community by supporting construction students from Newbury College. As well as a site visit to Princess Gardens, Peter Carpinelli came to the college and gave a motivational and educational talk to the carpentry students today. All of this is an invaluable for our future trades people or house builders!

We’re delighted to hear that the visit to Princess Gardens and Peter Carpinelli’s talk at Newbury College were so well received. Supporting and engaging with local students is something we’re genuinely passionate about, and it’s fantastic to know these experiences were valuable and inspiring for the carpentry students.

Beautiful development and friendly staff
The team on site at Kings Water, Ashton Keynes were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the development and the local area and showed us around the stunning show home. We were also greeted by the local wildlife as a deer ran across the field behind the property while we were there. It was also really helpful to be able to see the development in full in the sales office on their virtual tour of the site and to be able to see the location on the different house types.

Post moving in the service from Bewley has been very good, with some lovely unexpected things like the hamper and some lovely flowers delivered to us. A couple of snagging things remain to be fixed but overall everything is good.
