If i could give no star I would. They accepted registration then when I deposited no games where for ontario and they said i could withdrawl however then on there front home page said if i downloaded app i could play in ontario. So i did played my 30 and then i couldnt deposit anymore. When i did chat they said they dont use the third parry app. I was like its on your site home page not in a casino finder. Its your actual web page. And if i would have won i wouldnt have been able to recieve lol. Then they wouldnt give my deposit back. They are scammers. SCAM!!! They literally stole my money! I placed a bet for (from what I can recall) £10 and won £30 in return. I contacted them to withdraw and they wanted ID that I didn't have.

This is unbelievable!!!! How can they justify this? If it was a security measure to stop underage gambling, why would they not ask for the same ID BEFORE taking my money, or BEFORE allowing me to place the bet. So this argument is null and void! They deliberately had this there to stop people from withdrawing!

If you weren't going to let me have my winnings, at least return my initial deposit/payment!!! This is nothing but theft!!

Now they're restricted access in my country (the UK), so I can't even log in and try and resolve the matter.

Scam. They send me emails that bets were cancelled (fighter was injured the day before the fight). It was a part of combined bet, they still calculated it as if I lost (once again, half of that did not even take place). Customer support is absolutely clueless and rude. Use something else but not this… whatever this is.
