I have had a withdraw pending since Dec 6th. It is now Dec 29th. It is impossible to get an answer from them via any support channel other than "we have elevated your request to the relevant department." It appears they are attempting to scam me out of approximately $2500.

Refusing to pay me out from my winnings saying that they'll forward my complaint to the relevant department. They have no plan on actually paying out. Avoid at all costs.

Estoy tratando de retirar mi dinero desde el 24/10/2024, es mas de un año que vengo esperando a que me logren dar otra información del que no sea "Su cuenta esta siendo investigado por el Departamento de Riesgos" y siempre me repiten lo mismo que no tienen una fecha exacta que me puedan dar razón alguna del porque mi cuenta esta siendo investigada, ya que no he usado ningún bono y he ganado en apuestas deportivas y casino.
El día 18/11/2025 volví a crear un retiro y ver si ya había alguna solución después de haber pasado mas de un año. Mi retiro fue rechazado el 2/12/2025 y el mismo día me llego un correo solicitándome que presente mi extracto bancario y mi comprobante de domicilio para que mi cuenta sea completamente verificada y se pueda procesar mi siguiente retiro, les envié los documentos correspondientes y me informaron que mi cuenta estaba totalmente verificada. Yo pensé que ya con esto se había solucionado por fin mi problema para realizar el retiro de mi dinero, así es que volví a solicitar mi retiro el día 5/12/2025 y hasta el día de hoy 16/12/2025 no se ha procesado el retiro de mi dinero. Les consulte sobre cuanto es el plazo para que se apruebe las solicitudes de retiro y me dijeron que era entre 3 a 5 días hábiles sin contar sábados ni domingos, desde la fecha que hice la solicitud del ultimo retiro y hasta el día de hoy ya pasaron 7 días hábiles y aun no me llega mi retiro.
Me molesta que no sean una empresa que te atienda correctamente, no te den soluciones con el tema de tu dinero y que se demoren tanto tiempo en poder ayudarte, como dije en un comienzo llevo desde el 24/10/2024 queriendo retirar mi dinero y creo que es demasiado el tiempo que he esperado a que me den alguna solución.
Mi usuario es rugomarti, espero me puedan atender y me ayuden a solucionarlo y pueda así cambiar el concepto malo que tengo de su servicio.

Actualización: Ya pasaron 15 días hábiles desde que solicite mi retiro y mi solicitud sigue en pendiente, sin ninguna solución hasta el día de hoy 27/12/2025

Actualización 2: Ya han pasado 24 días hábiles desde la solicitud de mi retiro, sigue saliendo pendiente y sin ninguna solución de parte de bet O bet. En total llevo esperando 34 días el retiro de mi dinero

Actualización 3: Ya pasaron 43 días desde la solicitud de mi retiro y aun no obtengo comunicación por parte de esta empresa para que me de una solución. Mi retiro sigue saliendo pendiente, lo que voy hacer ahora es probar con el otro método de retiro que tengo disponible ya que a través de crypto no he tenido ningún solución, para esto solo tengo disponible dos opciones de retiro nada mas lo que me parece una completa tontería que no tengan mas opciones de retiro disponible, ya que esto dificulta aun mas mis opciones de retiro

Actualización 4: Cambie el método de retiro y las cosas siguen igual no me aprueban mi retiro, no me dan razón para que solucionen mi caso, simplemente no me quieren dar mi dinero. Llevo 16 días esperando que mi retiro sea aprobado hice la nueva solicitud el 21/01/2026

The site is really bad, firstly u need to wager 3x ur amount to be able to withdraw which is ridiculous normally its 1x. Secondly the odds are really bad, like really bad compared to other sites ur losing money betting on the site cuz of how bad the odds are. and lastly the withdrawals take forever to complete and they only allowed me to max withdraw 120 dollars so I had to withdraw that wait a week for them to accept then withdraw the rest of the funds again

I have NEVER in my life seen such bad support and they hold your winnings hostage for weeks. In comparison, 99% of online casinos send your winnings the same day/hour. I feel like Betobet strings you along in hopes you will cancel the withdraw as there is absolutely no need to make customers weeks for their withdrawal. I advise everyone to not bother.
