Rip off. Refused to give welcome bonus. And then blocked my account when i tried to argue the point

It’s been over a month and I have still not received my cash out for £790 pound.
Stay away
They still allow me to deposit and not cash out even after I have supplied every thing they have requested.
What can I do?
I even have a email saying it will be in my account in 3-5 working days.
No reply via email and online chat keep logging me out.

Deceptive, will try their best not to pay out on free bet offers - there's lots of hidden terms and conditions, so watch out and read the fine print in all the documents/links. They also won't pay out on any residual penny's in your account - I lost 45p from my winnings as I was only allowed to withdraw a rounded figure, not the end of the world, but if they do this with every punter they'll be coining in additional money.

I had a self exclusion period as I had issues. They allowed me to deposit after this was imposed and they wouldn’t refund. Dangerous bookmakers

Very disrespectful. Big liars. Supposed to get a £10 free bet and to avoid giving it to me they said that the offer expired. Shame!

Was looking like their customer support was giving the Free Bet from their own miserable salary :D

Funny Missing Bet Solution

"Can you please log out, exit all your windows including this chat clear all cookies, log in and try again, If that didn't help, try to update to the latest version java as well as adobe flash player. Usually these things fix most common issues . If still not working you can come back to Live chat 😀"

Seriously, guys, give this company a swerve. They are a bunch of scammers and liars. It's easy to deposit and wager but then when you come to get your cash out, they will steal your money. They are also liars who don't credit their promotions, it's all to entice customers into making a deposit so that they can get a hold of your money that you will never get back.

Don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid!!

It's the worst gaming site and they scam you. Don't ever try playing there.
Longest cashout time ever and they will refuse a cashout for any reason and keep the money. Simply the worst !

Do not tire yourself and play here, because one of the worst casinos will swallow your money deposited in two minutes
I don't think these games are pirated games that won't hit anything

I lodged 40 euro in account sign up I gambled that and put 25 more in ..I won 43000 on roulette..they asked me for proof I'd etc I uploaded it and they wouldnt accept it ..I've all the screenshots of withdrawals pending..and messages between us ..they then disabled my account I'm in the process off legal stage and will not let this go ..I dknt care if it costs me 43000 thousand I wont stop until they are seen for wat they are

Cashed out $800 CAD in late March 2021 it is now April 27 and no sign of my cashout.Sent numerous emails and visited Livechat and neither were any help.Livechat was useless they tell you the same thing each time with no resolution to the issue.Email responses tell me each time my case is being sent to a higher department and rest assured the issue will be resolved.Well, over a month later no resolution.Sent an email yesterday April 26 inquiring about my money and the response I received,” you haven’t received your money yet?”What a joke! Worst online experience I’ve ever encountered. There are other reputable online casinos available, think twice before signing up on Beniton!!

Great casino. Supports all devices, so can play it from my phone or laptop. Works well with both. Casino, you play with the real dealer and not a platform. AMAZING

Great betting site quick withdrawal 2 days winnings in your account all these negative comments must all be bad losers

Disgrace of a company! Didn't receive my free bonus and impossible to speak or live chat with anyone because there is never anyone online or answering the phone! Then I tried to self exclude from them and it's literally impossible they don't have that option. AVOID!!!!!!!!

SCAM, fraudulent company with fake customer support that goes in circles.

Site is slow and jumpy odd percentages are 120 on most sports should be around 105 free bet is hard to get .quite rude live chat staff..its missing the quality of outher online sites ..withdrawal be a issue send I'd that's as if thay seen a robot..if you pass very hard checks takes a week to get paid ..Advoid this site and tony bet both scams

What a bunch of thieves!Placed a bet on table tennis on handcap points on game 2,bet accepted when teams playing third game and by the time bet is accepted game over

Up to 12 payment options, that is huge! I always like casinos which allow players to deposit via many payment methods. At Betiton, you can pay easily with many options.

total scam. They gave me a casino bonus that I did not use or ask for, I only made bets, to withdraw the bonus they want to withdraw the BETTING winnings because that is how the royalties are, thieves

I’ve self excluded from here and registered with gamstop but they continue to send me marketing emails trying to get me to gamble appalling company they clearly don’t care about customers enough to make sure this doesn’t happen.
