Mal sistema, mal plataforma e interfaz del usuario, incluso los agentes solo dicen es error del sistema y prácticamente te dicen uses otro servicio ya que no pueden hacer nada. Contraten mejores dev.

I have been on Betcris for years and apart of some small issues without any problems. Then i came across the following which is REALLY disturbing and has already been forwarded to the Maltese Gaming Commission.

I backed a horse which started at 11/1 (SP) to win for 20x....This was on an english track for which Betcris used Tote Payouts. This was 12.00 (ie 11/1)
To my horror i was paid 130....After some back and forth with customer service (hopeless as they dont know about gambling or odds) i was told this would be forwarded to the racing people at Betcris.com
I was then told that that was their final payout and nothing would be looked at or reviewed.
I have of course tried to get "back in" and have someone have a look, but you cant get further then the useless chat operator.

I send them 10 screenshots of official racing sites and the official outcome of the race and all i got back was talk about conversion rates and minimum bets and god knows what else....so i got paid out at odds of 11/2 in the end instead of 11/1 which where the real odds.

I have been hoping ever since to get a reply from Betcris to my last email asking them to phone me or have any form of human interaction with someone from the race team to sort this out as this could easily happen to someone else as well.

I bet on the map 2 day 05/03/2020 in the game GENG vs Sandbox in the amount of R$1400 odd
3.77x. The website signaled the bet completed in the bulletin by turning it green. I did not check whether the bet had actually entered open bets, as I never imagined it would happen. I ended up protecting myself from this bet on another site (because at betcris I was no longer opening odd) trusting that this bet had really entered, when I went to make the final balance I realized that something was wrong, and I saw that the bet does not appear in my history (thus I can't find the bulletin number). I contacted the support asking if it was possible to analyze the site log to see what happened and they said that nothing could be done without the number of the bet slip. I believe that every website has a LOG for each account, even for non-computed bets. This is an error on the website that does not really look like an error, but rather a way to cancel the bet without the customer being able to resort to support.

Eu apostei no mapa 2 dia 05/03/2020 no jogo geng vs sandbox no valor de R$1400 em uma odd de 3.77x. O site sinalizou a aposta concluída no boletim com deixando-o verde. Eu não chequei se a aposta tinha realmente entrado em apostas abertas, pois nunca imaginei que isso aconteceria. Acabei me protegendo dessa aposta em outro site (pois na betcris não estava mais abrindo odd) confiando que essa aposta tinha realmente entrado, quando fui realizar o saldo final percebi que algo estava errado, e vi que a bet não aparece em meu histórico (assim não tenho como localizar o número do boletim). Entrei em contato com o suporte pedindo se era possível analisar o log do site pra ver o que aconteceu e falaram que nada podia ser feito sem o numero do boletim de aposta. Acredito que todo site possui um LOG de cada conta, mesmo das apostas não computadas. Isso é um erro do site que não parece realmente um erro, e sim uma forma de cancelar a aposta sem que o cliente possa recorrer ao suporte.
