Very difficult and lengthy process to get e-tickets issued with Qantas. Thought less chance of this via aggregator site: kayak.com and based in Australia with an ABN but this place is bad. Reservation quick but no airline ticket issued. Delay delay. Slow to respond and hung up on me twice when phoning. Terms of booking emailed but very poor English. Hope trip goes smoothly otherwise will be a nightmare. Never even told me booking ticketed had to call Airline!

Ruby has assisted me throughout my booking from start to finish ! She has been very responsive and helpful ❤️ I have made requests such as changing silly mistakes on my original booking, meal selection, and wheel chair assistance for my family member and she has fulfilled all of them. Would definitely get her to help me again next time :)

We were trying to book a flight ticket with them. First, when going through the payment, our credit card got blocked. Then they called us back and said the ticket we were looking for was not the price showing on their website. We have to pay $200 more to get the same ticket. What a big scammer. Luckily, our bank blocked our card for us.

Horrible travel agency. They scammed $800 out of me. They used a fake name and address. Everything was fake. Never again. I'd rather go directly with the airline. These mobs are scammers.

It was for the first time I was dealing with Best price travel and it was a pleasant experience and I would do business with them again.

SCAM SIGHT. ADDRESS IS FAKE. NAMES ARE FAKE. IF YOU REQUEST ANY SORT OF REFUND THEY WILL SEND NO DOCUMENTATION OF OVERCHARGING COSTS AND TELL YOU IT WILL TAKE 14 WEEKS NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED HONEST MONEY.

Ruby’s customer service was outstanding and she has arranged me the to and fro tickets upon my last minute request.The price was reasonable too!! Ruby is very reliable and was prompt at responding to all my requests and her communication was excellent!!!

I booked a flight though their website as I payed using my card locked in the price .I received no confirmation number ,I had to call once I got on the phone with a Mark who clearly had a middle eastern accent ,I proceeded to ask for my confirmation number which he then told me to hold he needs to call the airline .After Mark got back on the phone he said that the airline did not have anymore available seats for the promotion.I was flying round trip but he said for an additional cost you can fly and get a regular seat .So the price I paid was around $389.00 ,He wanted to charge me an additional 175 each way .Thats over 700 dollars .It would of been less if I just booked through the airline itself. After getting names I called the airline directly and asked if they had me as Mark explained on stand by . The airline said that I’m not even in their system nor does my name even appear on their stand by list .So I called my card company gave them all the information and charges were revered I disputed it and my money was refunded.People DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM .What they do is is advertise these fake prices which I assume is their fees then when you call they will try and get you to pay the regular fee which lands up being double the price .
