I placed an order last month; however typed in the wrong state for the shipping address (New York, Virginia instead of New York, NY). I contacted Best Personalized Shipping to correct the address and someone named Karen wrote back to confirm my address, but then never resolved the issue. I have emailed three times since and received no response, however my credit card was charged. I still have not received the package or any response from Best Personalized Jewelry.

Adorable Monogram Necklace - I'm on my third one!!!!!
I first saw this Monogram Sterling Silver Necklace on a co-worker and loved it. She gave me the website and I immediately ordered one for myself. My sister saw it and loved, then my niece saw it and she loved it. Needless to say I have just order my third one and probably will order more of this same item. Best Personalized customer service is great to deal with! Ann

Don't order if you need by a certain date
Items ship from Israel with no way to track. I placed an order on August 8 it is not Septenber 13 and I still do not have my items. They are responding to my emails and said they reshipped my order, but I'm still very frustrated. I can not rate the quality of the product because I have not seen it and I'm not quite sure if I ever will even though they have charged me for it.
