I find this website very useful. I believe it is one of the best online TOEFL preparation on the internet. One of the thing I like is it mimic test condition. However, I needed more time to study because pharmacy certification has different requirements, and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to take break. Worst service ever any website can give. If you ask a genuine question, they will not even answer you for that. Instead, they will argue with you and talks shit. Why it’s so hard for them to answer a simple question. If we don’t know then only we are using their app I think. Soo unprofessional behaviour. Never ever will recommend anyone !!

I asked you a question on scoring. You started by my maths is incorrect. Please go and read my question again and that’s seems to be a mathematical question, then you need to work on your English.

I paid for a service and I’ve right to ask a question about the service being provided paid with my hard earned money. You should learn to take the feedback and improve your services. You must learn to be professional and not take it personally.

the only negative thing in my opinion is that the paid packages are limited with time not with a quantity.

I have a suggestion for that. accessing the materials should be unlimited time but maybe taking reviews from real teachers can be limited with a certain time.

I give it 5 start because for me the pros are more than cons. and it's specially for the customer service which I miss in so many services in Europe.
