Like many people I researched the chair I wanted and found the website very informative with good pictures & video of the chair I was interested in. I general I pay a little more to get better quality as you get what you pay for these days - and I was not disappointed.
The chair arrived quickly and I knew from the sheer weight of the box it was quality. What was also apparent was the quality of packing & various pieces of foam & cardboard to prevent any damage. The instructions for assembly were very clear, in fact so clear that my 13 yr old son built the chair for me following the instructions - and I just checked the tightness
I am 6ft 5, and the chair height was fully adjustable and comfortable for me. I could adjust the tension for the back for my size. So within 20mins - I was sitting comfortably in the chair and pleasantly surprised on the the quality. This is the 1st time for me buying from this company, and i would certainly buy again.

You truly learn about the quality of a company's service when you encounter an issue. My experience with Bestbuy started well as the guy on the chat was genuinely helpful. I ordered the chair which got delivered the next day, so far so good. The trouble started when I initiated assembling the chair. The chair was of very good quality with good reviews on many other resellers’ websites, but even after following the instructions exactly how they were written, it just didn't work for me. Now, I have built many office & gaming chairs before especially last month when I bought chairs through Amazon for my kids and family members. As per the assembly video for this chair on the website, the instructions looked very straightforward and I thought I’d be done in 15 minutes. To be clear, most of the assembly went quick but then I got stuck when attaching the back to the seat/mechanism. I re-watched the video a few times, and read the instructions again, but it didn't tell me anything new. There was either something missing in the instructions or maybe I just got the wrong model of the product.
Sadly, I had to contact BestBuy to return the chair and THAT is when my sadness got replaced by indignance and disappointment. For starters, it was hard to find any clear information around the return policy on the order or the invoice. Then I found an email address which I used to contact BestBuy. I was not offered even a single word of apology for the inconvenience, and instead I was made to feel as if it was all my fault. They asked me to “follow the instructions” and try again. Since I am employed full-time and happen to have a life, I didn't want to waste any more of my time so I requested to return the product. They then asked me to dismantle the entire chair and repack in the same way it was delivered to me. The tools that were provided in the product packaging didn’t allow for that so I had to go through another hassle of finding a mallet and other tools to dismantle the chair to the best of my abilities using the tools that any normal person would have handy. To make things even more fun, I was told that they may deduct a fixed amount from my refund if the manufacturer thinks that there was no fault in the original product. Well, as much as I want to believe them, I don’t think manufactures usually tend to accept their fault, but I will find out after the “fair trial”. At this point, I will happily pay twice as much of the fixed deduction if I don’t have to contact them again. After proactively nudging them, I got a note that they are coming to pick up the chair tomorrow, Friday Jan 8th. Of course, no "hello" or "hi" in the note, let alone any apologies. Hopefully, I will be done with them without having to experience any more of this EXPERIENCE. If I could offer them a piece of advice, I think the words “thank you”, “I understand” and “sorry to hear that” are easy to use and go a long way!

I purchased two office chairs from this company, I must say that the levels of service and Delivery are excellent, sent emails to james who recommended the type of chair that would be most suitable for our use, these chairs are excellent and good value no issues with this company at all and will be recommending them to everyone.

Due to covid, I now find myself working from home. I was looking to set up a small office in a spare room. I contacted best buy and was provided with excellent advice, the delivery was speedy and the quality of the chair superb.

Delivery and service is very good, but the chair is poor and cheap. I've got rid of the chair already as it's too uncomfortable. Not real leather, just smelly PVC. The seat back still moves even when it's in the locked position. The seat back is too close to the rear of the seat making the depth of the seat too short. Overpriced for what it is.

I ordered an office chair for home working.
It was supposed to be delivered next day - it wasn’t.
It was supposed to be delivered assembled - it wasn’t.
It arrived minus any arms and in a box that looked as if it had been through a war.
Bestbuy? Don’t make me laugh.

Bought a managers office chair of BB-OC last May.
Well pleased with the service I received and the quality of the product. Recently noticed some wear on the arm of the chair ( does get a lot of use) so thought I would purchase a 'cover' as a preventative measure. Emailed James for advice on a supplier and within 36 hours had full replacement arms delivered free to my office. I cannot believe the excellent customer service that James and this company produce. Spread the word, good quality, low cost and great customer service all in one space, well done.

I purchased a chair that has lumbar support at a reasonable price- taking advantage of the deals around 30th November.
Delivery mentioned 3-4 working days, on the 4th business day I didn't receive any updates on whether it's been dispatched so by default I went to speak on the on-site chat service and connected with James (who I spoke with earlier, prior to my purchase, who helped me with my choice initially).

He's been incredibly helpful and the response time was fast! Given the fact COVID-19 and XMAS period is among us, I would expect delays with customer service but not this company...

James told me on the chat that it seems like I should get it on Monday (a week later from order date) due to DPD having some delays which is fair.

I received an email following up my conversation with James, giving me further transparency on the matter, along with reassuring me that my order will be collected and I will get an update from them [DPD]. The aim is for Monday but given that I've received this much feedback in such short notice via email without me requesting it, has made me comfortable not to be bothered at all but wait it out happily.

We need more people like James. He's chased the suppliers/couriers and given me the details and made sure I wouldn't be waiting on a delivery that wouldn't come.

Very pleased with this level of service and I appreciate it a lot.

all of this in a space of 10-20 minutes back and forth on emails.

I will be utilising Bestbuy more often along with recommending them to any and everyone I deem would be relevant for what they have in stock.

we have had 3 chairs and they are very good value for money and very sturdy. One we bought flat pack and had to build it, it arrived the next day, two we had built by you, one came on time but the other one was not delivered and we had to chase it up. It has arrived now and it's great.

Original item ordered was subsequently out of stock, but was upgraded to next size at no additional cost. Great service & speedy delivery!

Delivery okay but arms of chair different colour to chair not very helpful when I pointed it out and wasn't happy

My purchase from Bestbuy was a very good experience. I ordered the chair and was able to confirm delivery immediately with James via email. The chair arrived within days and was easy to assemble. I had an issue with the chair adjustments and James exchanged emails with me until the problem was resolved. All in all an experience that left me happy with the service, the price, delivery and the product of course.

I bought an office chair for my son and it was comfy, so I bought another one for myself. Now that most lectures are online, it is great for me to use especially when I have to sit all day doing my essay, revising, dissertation, lectures, seminars, you name it!
Delivered fast, great packaging and believe me I assembled both of then on my own!! It was that easy. Thank you and recommended to all. Both chairs are not pricey. Saves me a lot of money and it doesn't look cheap.
