Great assistance by Beth Crickmore in Customer Services, BES deliveries are always prompt and reliable.

Before I retired I used BES for many years and always made use of their quantity discounts, finding many items like valves, clips, screws & plugs the cheapest we could find. Since retiring, I run a small consultancy and continue to use them as they are easy to order & unlike many, are very approachable and easy to contact.

Great Service and very competitively priced. BES stock a huge range of products and despatch them the same day as you order. Never been let down by these guys. Big thumbs up 👍

I broke my tap. needed replacement with the same dimensions, found bes online. I called them Friday 24th around 10am they said email the dimensions. They called be back @10am to confirm it fit. I purchased online around 1pm and got delivered Saturday 25th fit perfect. I now writing this review su day 26th. Perfect communication, perfect service, Perfect delivery, perfectly fit, wife perfectly happy! (and me lol)

Website is glitchy and slow. Took me ages to try and book out one item. An IO review website kept popping up further messing up the basket transaction. So frustrating. A good range just can't order it.

Having seen so many negative reviews on this company I felt compelled to write a review of my experience ordering on line through the website. Placed order at 19:48 on the 9th October Item was delivered by DPD at approx 11: 30 on the 10th October I fail to see how that could be improved on
