My partner and I arrived to look at rings and Emma was very accommodating and attentive. She helped to pick out three that we loved.

When the time came to purchase the one we wanted, the service over the phone was excellent. I came to pick the ring up 2 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with the further service I received in store. Thank you very much.

We returned to Berry’s in Windsor today to buy my eternity ring. We bought my engagement ring at Berry’s and both our wedding rings there too. We cannot fault the service we received on each visit - the Windsor store has a friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable team. It’s always a pleasure to visit.

Emma was amazing from start to finish. We had no idea of rings when we started our journey and didn’t have an appointment but Emma welcomed us in and made us feel at ease straight away. She listened to our criteria and went above and beyond to make sure we got the right rings for us. I was also interested in a watch and she made time for me to look at one and even order one into store for me to try on which subsequently, made me buy it! Honestly couldn’t recommend Berry’s and Emma enough and will be my go to person for any jewellery going forward.

My first experience with Berry's was August 2024 when my now husband and I were looking for an engagement ring. The service by Will was so good we returned to buy our weddings February 2025 and again in November to look at eternity rings and returned in February 2026 to collect the ring Will had recommended. I can't praise Will enough. He has the most pleasant nature of a true gent and a lovely personality, very humorous and made us feel like friends rather than acquaintances. Nothing is ever too much. His guidance and kindness has now brought us back to Berry's with the purchase of 4 rings in 3 years and we love them all. You can buy jewellery anywhere, however you cannot beat the service at Berry's or the quality. Thanks Will, sure we will see you as soon as I can talk the hubby into those diamond earrings 😀. Wonderful visit once again to Berry’s Jewellers in Nottingham, served by Carla who as ever, made it a special experience as we were purchasing a gift for me for our wedding anniversary. Carla is always knowledgeable and attentive. Buying jewellery or a high end watch should always be a special occasion which Carla ensured it was. We will be back again very soon for a watch for my husband, just need to decide which one! A beautiful jewellers with fantastic staff, especially Carla.

This is an addition to the earlier review that I wrote on 2nd Feb 2026. I recently purchased an Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 38, online, from Berry's Jewellers in Windsor. I received the watch via Special delivery the next day. It was a lovely watch but my eyesight is not as good as it once was! and I found the date window quite difficult to read. I had a friend that had recently purchased an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 39.5mm in Summer Blue and I found the date window on this watch much easier to read.
I therefore contacted Kirsty, the Assistant Manager of Berry's, and requested a return and swap to a new Planet Ocean. I felt awful having to do this, especially as Kirsty had been so very helpful and courteous with my original purchase. I couldn't have been made to feel more at ease and was re-assured that it was no trouble at all to swap to another watch that I would ultimately be happy with!
The whole process of returning the original watch and receiving the replacement was seamless and very efficient and I was kept informed of progress throughout.
My heartfelt thanks and appreciation go to Kirsty(Deputy Manager)and Chris(Manager) for the professional and courteous service that I received throughout my purchase of a new watch. It is so refreshing to know that family run businesses, that provide the fantastic customer service (from times gone by) still exist. Long may they continue!

Great customer service from Lee at the Newcastle branch, helped source the exact watch I wanted from their York Tudor store. Happy to take a watch in part exchange, unlike some other Retailers.

We recently visited the Breitling Boutique in Leeds and had an excellent experience. From the moment we walked in, every member of staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about the Breitling brand and their watches. There was no pressure to purchase one of their watches at all - just real enthusiasm and a desire to help me. A special thank you to the store manager, Louise, who was amazing throughout - professional, warm and incredibly knowledgeable.

What has truly stood out for us is the aftercare and ongoing support. Louise and the team have been exceptional in helping to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. The continued care and attention really sets this boutique apart. In addition to this, we were recently invited to their Valentine's celebration event, which was a thoughtful gesture and demonstrated how much they value their customers.
