I was expecting a bit of corporate hard sell when I visited Berry, but there was none of that and Sylwia made it a very simple choice to make a purchase - no pressure, everything explained, questions answered and no rush.

Wonderful dealership that went out of there way to accommodate my wife and I at short notice and provide us with our dream car at an incredible price. Highly recommended and would gladly travel the 450 mile round from home anytime

An alloy repair and valve replacement from BMW Heathrow was carried out on my car in November 2023 however a couple of months down the line when I was filling up my tyres the tyre valve wasn’t screwing on properly on to my newly refurbished alloy. BMW Heathrow were adamant that it was not their fault and blamed me, they said the work was now out of warranty for repair. After some back and forth communication they carried out the job to replace the tyre valve again - finally.
Their response and service was absolutely appalling and extremely rude. The HOB (Spencer Jacob) told me that I wasn’t a customer for BMW Heathrow and only appreciated people that spend thousands £££’s and was reluctant to give any compensation. DON’T carry out any service with this garage and Spencer Jacob’s as he said he gives no compensation for any faults that the BMW team carry out unless you spend thousands

Very professional and friendly Team, from start to the completion, Thanks to Chris and Sylwia who arranged for the test drive, showing the car and explaining everything, from the start to the finish.

Very efficient and competent staff dealing with the service of my existing car and purchase of another car.
Plenty of communication and pertinent information given. Kept updated at every stage.

Terrible service I went to BMW berry to revive a quote as I’m awaiting the estimate I have contacted them , 12th March I asked for the estimate, 25th , 28th March apparently the system was down and I’ve called in between those times no call back and no response.

Again I have called between the times of 28th - 13th of April still not received an estimate.

I left a message called and yet another week has it’s now the weekend and nothing.

I called yesterday without my knowledge the body shop team finishes at 1,00pm and there isn’t any senior management who works on the weekends.

so I’m back to square one

The other excuse was they receive over 3,000 emails and it’s hard to respond even though I was seen in person and was told I will receive the estimate a month later nothing

this is unacceptable and an apology means nothing at this point of time as so much time has been wasted.

Approved Used Car purchase. Smooth process and support to get the car purchased. Appreciate the listening skills of Sammee to get the car we wanted on the terms we preferred.

On the phone was polite, sharp and the great usual customer service. I went to the trade parts on a glorious morning and service was impeccable as usual the young man knew exactly what he was doing and was sharp.
My only bother is there was an elderly man had white hair walked past and shouted out profanity in another language which I understood, this ruined my mood during that encounter, as I dont want to hear such things in the morning. He's done this on several occasions after and think this is below BMW standards.
Sort this out guys...

The best service at ever i have had .

I met with Andy who was friendly, pleasant and respectful. He went through all the information I needed to know about my Motability car which will be leased to me in July 2024. He never made me feel rushed and was patient in understanding all my queries.

Fantastic service, great sales staff and a wonderful showroom

My wife and I visited the Berry Heathrow branch in November looking for a second hand 3 series M Sport. We were made to feel welcomed straight away and we were allocated to Hassan Osman one of the Lead Salesman. We test-drived the first car and paid a deposit in view of completing the deal the following Saturday. However , the next day I saw a better vehicle which was at the Brentford branch, the car was transferred to Heathrow for my ease of viewing. I must say I was given all the time I required to make my mind and eventually bought the second car from the Brentford branch which is a great car. The service we received was of the highest quality and the process was made simple to understand with all buying options explained to us with great detail. Hassan was very patient and his knowledge about the cars are second to none. We are now enjoying our lovely new car thanks to Hassan and his team at Berry Heathrow.I will definitely go back there for my wife's car when we are ready to purchase . The coffee is also as good as the cars !

The sales department are by far the most friendliest and helpful people when purchasing my 2nd BMW from Berry BMW Heathrow. Richard and Chris the business managers as ever-so professional and knowledgeable. Keith and Adam were so welcoming and accommodating. I Didn’t hesitate returning to Berry Heathrow.

From past experiences I cant say I enjoy going to car showrooms as iv been made to feel uncomfortable in the past however I can honestly say for the first time I felt welcomed and was treated with kindness and respect. Definitely a good team here and an overall good experience. And even purchased my dream car so it was a bonus. I dealt with Sylwia today who was brilliant and really took the time to help me purchase my car.
