Brought my car for mot, and 3 months after i got my car back. They tried to avoid getting things through ombudsman by offering me 1.900 by still not claiming that they take responsibility. I had to take my car in another damage in order to repair it. All i paid was 5.000 , and 3 months with no car while my car was all good before taking it there. EK67UFX bmw m4.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT INVEST IN A BMW CAR.

The service centre is a disgrace. As many people point out you spend literally HOURS trying to get hold of someone there when your car is in.

Our car had been in for over 3 weeks, we even had to pay for the extension of the curtsey car as their promised dates weren’t reached. No one passes on any messages if you do manage to get hold of someone.

Our car was in originally for a popped tyre. One false alarm on saying the car was ready for collection which cased more damage and many more issues we are £4K down.. and are still waiting for the car.

I would not bother with BMW and especially BMW Chiswick. If your car is going to need servicing I would just go to a different brand to start with.

They SELL ACCIDENT DAMAGED CARS. Worst Car Dealership I’ve ever used sold me an accident Damaged M850i and lied about car condition upon sale and I have video evidence of this. I have a report from an Independent loss assessor to show the whole side of it is sprayed. Have to take them to court to reclaim funds. Terrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

extraordinarily terrible and extremely rude. I booked my car for service and dropped it off at 7.30am, as requested. On enquiring how long it would be I was advised I would receive a call before 12 to confirm. I eventually called at 3.30 to be advised it was and "all day service" and that my car hadn't yet been in the workshop but to make sure I didn't arrive later that 5.30 to collect as they would not return cars after that time. I arrived at 5.10 to collect and waited for my car until 6.25pm. Complete disorganisation, no apology, expensive and incredibly rude staff. I advise going elsewhere.

Went for an appointment with Rafiullah Kamran. A most charming and helpful young man. I was very patient and attentive to my various query.

So, I was not going Write a review on trust pilot, but some information has come to light which now compels me to do this. I picked up my BMW M4 from the dealership several weeks ago, the experience was simply shocking… This car retails on the road at 93,000, you would think I was picking up a £3000 Ford focus 10 years old. When I arrived the car was outside, un-Valeted, Both inside and out… I spent 30 minutes cleaning the outside of the car to make sure it was in order before I took it away. I’ve never had such an experience… Normally when you arrive at a dealership the car is under a sheet, immaculate, bottle of champagne…To really drive the experience.
During negotiations they told me they could not give me the £500 off the car I requested because it had a tracker fitted which they had to pay for. Last week I called Teletrac To understand the subscription costs, where they kindly informed me that the dealership had the tracker fitted Free of charge.
So, not only is the service terrible, they are unethical. Be careful when you do business here.

I have to agree with all of them. He is very clear at explaining how all the gadgets worked. He was very patient and had a good sense of humour when I messed up his instructions.
He should have been there the day I picked up the car.
Definitely 5 stars.

Very poor service given price of car. From the start: Found the car myself - missed by the sales rep. Scratch removed from car. Returned car twice to have seat button fixed that kept coming off. Returned several times to have warranty issue re-fixed, During all that car not washed and no delivery, pickup services, despite being offered these when purchasing the car - very dissappointing.
Picking up the phone, booking and taking payment are the basics expected from any car company.

Rafi Kamran did an excellent job in explaining the software in my new BMW so I now feel a lot more confident in driving my new car.
He inspired me to try out many of the bells and whistles on the car and it was a journey of real discovery.

I write to share credit where it is due.
We have had two vehicles from Berry BMW, not large, nor flash, but great family vehicles and on both occasions, we have been treated so well throughout the period we have had the cars.
Yes, the initial process is very sales driven, but the after care and the servicing is FIRST CLASS. Our car is now 4 years old; it has been regularly serviced and had its mot from Berry - and it could not have been better managed - from the online booking, the arrival procedures, staff and welcome to the handover (including a full wash and tidy up) and the pricing is no different from their competitors.
This is a well-run, efficient and friendly business. A credit to the big brand they represent in this part of London and yes, when it’s time to change car - we know where we shall go to first.

I just received my beautiful new Mini and I absolutely love it. I had a really good experience dealing with Khurram Francis who kept me informed of delays and updates frequently. There was no hard sell just clear information and great service. I highly recommend them.

I live about a 15 minute walk from Berry Chiswick, which is the only reason I have anything to do with them. I bought a new car off them and I've had two cars regularly serviced by them. Their customer service sucks. The workshop actually seems ok, but their service really does suck. You will see that a lot of reviews complain about them not answering the phone; often nobody will answer the phone.. I mean they really won't answer it, all day long. I just booked my car in online for a service - as I said although they suck, they are the only BMW dealer I can actually walk to. About a half hour after booking, they phoned me up to say the date I had booked and was showing online was actually not available. For good measure, they also tried to upsell me for service items the car does not require. The CBS system on the car tells you what is needed; BMW have no idea what it needs until they see it, but Berry BMW tried to sell it to me anyway.

I want to thank Rafi Kamran for his very helpful and clear advice on operating details of my BMW X1. I booked an appointment with a "Genius" today, following my MOT/warranty check. Rafi was extremely knowledgeable and very polite in showing me several features of the car about which I was unfamiliar. I had a couple of specific questions, which he answered, and then he explained much more.
I shall enjoy the car more after his advice.

He was informative and patient and made the whole experience of buying a new car relaxed and unstressful.
He has the pleasant Southern charm and hospitality of a home grown Oklahoma boy next door.

purchased a car they gave it to me with faults
went back again & again at the end the manager & sales peron did not want to see me instad had a intimadating guy tell me not to come back. Very disapointing !

Great customer service. Had to go last minute to service Center due to my head lights wont turn on and the staff immediately help to repair quick. The manager in the service Center was amazing and Micheal from the service.

Mini Berry Chiswick - welcome to hell ! Really poor customer service when it comes to servicing and accident repairs. Can never get a call back. Just really hard work dealing with them. Contacted them since Dec 22 and still can't get through to them for an accident repair.

Wayne Berry their MD seems clueless to me, makes Boris Johnson look competent.
