I recently purchased a car from Bentley…

I recently purchased a car from Bentley Motor Group and couldn't be happier
with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled
professionally and smoothly.

A special mention has to go to Patrick, the salesman who looked after me. He
was absolutely brilliant-friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took
the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my
decision.

I'd also like to thank James, the sales manager, for securing me a cracking
deal. His effort to make the numbers work really made a difference and
showed genuine care for customer satisfaction.

Overall, a fantastic experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend
Bentley Motor Group to anyone looking for a new car.

We were looking for our next upgrade…

We were looking for our next upgrade and thought we would try this place. I’m very glad we did! We dealt with a gentleman called Anish who was extremely helpful and explained things in a very enthusiastic but understandable manner. We have recommended Bentley Motor Group to all our friends!

From my perspective, the entire experience of purchasing our new car was made truly special thanks to Anish.

What stood out to me most was the care and thought he put into preparing the car for us. When we arrived for collection, he had arranged a lovely unveil that made the moment feel exciting and memorable—it wasn’t just handing over keys, it felt like a proper celebration. That attention to detail really meant a lot.

Throughout the process, Anish was incredibly supportive and reassuring. He guided us step by step, explaining everything clearly and making sure we felt completely comfortable with the car and all its features. I never felt overwhelmed or rushed—he was patient, knowledgeable, and always happy to help.

Even after we drove away, his level of care didn’t stop. The aftercare has been exceptional—he checked in to make sure everything was going well and made it clear that he’s there if we need any help or have questions. That ongoing support has given us real peace of mind.

Excellent service

I recently purchased an Omoda car from Bentley Motors. Anish made the decision very easy for me. There was no pressure to buy at any point. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicle. Anish kept me up to date with regards to when the vehicle would arrive and made the whole process very easy and stress free. Since the purchase Anish has been in contact to ensure all was ok and have been invited back to ensure I know how all the various settings work as there are many on the Omoda!!!

I was looking to buy a nearly new Kia…

I was looking to buy a nearly new Kia sportage so contacted Bentley motor group in Keighley and spoke to Matt. I had a test drive the same day and although they didn't have any suitable models for sale Matt said he would keep me informed of new arrivals . There was no pressure . A week later Matt informed me of a new possibility and arranged another test drive -success! Throughout the short process Matt was very helpful and informative but never pushy which made for the easiest car buying I've ever done!

Love my new car

Love my new car , it took a bit longer than expected to get it delivered but i was well looked after by the staff, (Matt ) he made the whole process very easy, and couldn’t do enough to help, thank you.

great buying experience

Matthew was great throughout the buying process from fully demonstrating the vehicle including a test drive, walking us through the ordering process, applying a reduction in price based upon updated offers in place at the point of collection and fully explaining the operation of all controls when we picked the car up. A really good experience and far better than experienced with other dealers previously.
